This is such a wrongheaded thing to say, especially about China/North Korea and Colin's own positions that I don't even want to respond to it as I normally do because I know it's just going to be a bunch of long shit nobody will read.

Maybe I can distill it down to: in China (theoretically, it depends on who you are in reality) and North Korea there is no separation between private life and public life both are considered the same, the state doesn't ban you from public life it mandates you participate. This is what Colin wants, the state to mandate others, especially women, participate in his life by being unable to deny him access to their private spaces.

Also, note that the state has not banned him from anything. Even a law, if it existed, that would ban him from women's public restrooms does not ban him from public life instead only clarifying the bounds of trespassing relative to a specific area. Colin is currently banned far more from "public life" with all the places he can't trespass currently than he would be with the addition of one more specific single condition.
