I have, accordingly, worn multiple baggy layers to cover the uncomfortable masses on my chest for the last many years and tried to convince everyone that I came across that it’s not me, that I’m a guy. Though the road has seemed long, what I have wanted and hoped to see happen, since discovery of my developing body embarking on the wrong pubescent path, will finally be!! The surgery date is set and plans have been finalized for a flight and accommodations mid-summer to meet the surgeon we have settled on for this procedure.
Our next challenge is to pay for surgery costs and all other related costs in getting there and staying until post-op appointment time. As I and my mom both rely on a limited fixed income and are struggling with finances at this time, embarking on this may create much hardship for us in the near future, if we don’t get a little help from our friends, old and new.

The state Medicaid that is all of my health insurance will not be accepted by appropriate surgeons anywhere that we have looked and it is up to my mom and me to find a way to foot the bill for my top surgery. It is our goal to collect as much as we can to cover these total estimated costs which will easily come to at least $11,500 for surgery, facility fees, travel and accommodations for myself and my mom for one week.

smelly coworker
Amazon ennuienjoyOne of my teammates is very smelly. She always wears the same exact clothes every day and her hair is greasy. To make it worse, she often wears sandals so her smelly feet are out too. The smell is very strong.
What is an appropriate way to bring this up? I think it is complicated by the fact that she is the only girl on the team and she and I are the only non-Indians, so I don't want it to be misconstrued as if she's getting picked on for being the odd one out.

They have two bedrooms, so they don’t even seem to be sold as houses but as units. Unit in Australia usually means apartment but can cover these cottage sized homes built in a single development, like this. This style of development can either cling to lower middle class respectability, or slide into white trash pretty quickly. Judging by the pictures, it’s clinging on.
