A hypothetical VSSM1 should really incorporate a short and fat 3D printed suppressor, Same with VSSK (the baffles are downright primitive). Ru-MOD have shown a willingness to upgrade VSS to VSSM Standard with milled top covers, new stocks and handguards so it is not an unrealistic desired feature.

I have found something fascinating and to my knowledge entirely unique. A Russian speaking Al Qaeda militant operating in Idlib, Syria has created a unique configuration of a night fighting Bullpup AK-74. Typically Idlib "Night fighters" (Bullpup or not) have dedicated thermal or NV optics and I cannot remember seeing any kind of clip on arrangement, until now. Idlib Jihadis have a habit of slapping NV and Thermals on everything, AK's, PK's, RPG's (even going so far as to program custom reticles for sights) and even ATGM's.

the only thing i can think of is FOMO starting a bidding war. i had a few bidders on it but it went down to 2 who bid it up from like 400 to 1000.

the gun was absolutely not worth 1,000 but I'll sure as hell take 1,000 for it. all day everyday.

Is it bad that I can recognize a BCM MCMR handguard almost instantly? It's the "ears" the sweep forward.

Ahh, forgot to note, took my new Model 66 Combat Magnum (4.25 inch barrel) to the range this weekend. Put .38 special and .357 mag through it.

Shot like a dream, like K frames do.

There's all sorts out there, the notable ones being the Plaboii FTN.+ and the ones from THIS GUY. There's bajillions of .22 cans out there, but some are overbuilt and some are underbuilt. Not really that impressive, a soda bottle with rags works about as well. There's one that even uses soda bottle epoxied to the outside for strengthening, pretty sure a 9mm. There's also one made by a legit troon, the RGB Crescent. Pretty sure you can find it on the silly puddle, the README is an interesting bathroom break read. It did a legit professional photoshoot with the thing, and named some shit in it after certain troonshines.
