The answer might be:

Twitter popularity got him his big break/book deal. Now that Patrick has his new Tim-based book he needs a deal so for $8 he might get his deal. No big publisher picking up Tim or his other works is a greater psychic harm than paying the bad Nazi man $8.

But to get that deal he's also been told his constant xit-popping off about prison enjoyment hurts the Tomlinson Brand so he's stopped. He's not stopped being an ass but in his head being the Internet Tough Guy is what got him the book deal yet not understanding being given a chance doesn't translate to successful execution when one lacks skills. Be those skills technical or interpersonal.

Prison Enjoyers will just have to wait a few months. Trump being the formal GOP choice, a close election, the federal court case, and perhaps the self-swat claims being able to be proven and brought up in the civil fed case should be good enough stressors to have a super nova of prison copy pastas.
