Is it really fair to dismiss the wild funposting speculation in this thread? You seem to know yourself that the entire system is unhinged. Absent an order from the judge the clerk is going to upload it, and we have not seen such an order. It could be marked not for public access but there would still likely be an entry saying a sealed document was uploaded.

The clerk in this case is like the guy in Office Space, they take the document from the insane retard and upload it to the electronic filing system, it's generally not their job to make any judgement unless maybe it's formatted wrong or written in crayon.

It is possible for the clerks to reject a filing, but that is almost always done because something about the form of the filing violates the court rules.

You don't use self-help to collect on judgements unless there's some sort of enabling agreement or statute. Null could garnish Russ' bank accounts if he knows where Russ does his banking, or his wages if he knows where Russ works and it isn't some sort of cash-under-the-table arrangement, but that's all done with paper, not muscle.
