A recurring thought I have about Joe is that he's like a parody of Trump. He (or in this case in campaign people) will do things that I feel is Trump-esque.

Bragging about raising money is something I would expect from Trump, "Look how much money we've raised. We're winning." I don't get who this tweet is for.
The chick who secretly runs Drudge now is making a living hating on Drumpf and headlines about Biden outrasing him and Trump's campaign being out of money are almost daily.

Meanwhile Trump just got like $50M in one dinner.

Hillary spent $768 million in 2016. Trump spent half has much. And he still won. How much does he really need to spend this time around? Just tell people to look around. Ask if they were better off under him or now?

I'd bet that the majority of Biden's funds are coming from foreign entities laundering money through the Act Blue scam. I recall Veritas finding a bunch of old pensioners who were, according to Act Blue, doing $11,000 in regular donations, but when interviewed said they donate maybe $150 a year. I definitely don't remember any follow up from law enforcement...

I'm not sure they know either.

The most entertaining question I've seen asked this election cycle is, "Can you sell me Biden without mentioning Trump?" Almost nobody can give a reasonable answer. While Biden's team did get a few bills pushed through, none of them translated to the average democrat voter having anything to show for it. "Bidenomics" as a brand is fucked because too many people are struggling right now. The infrastructure bill was a big talking point for a while, but that's hard to lean into when you've got Buttigieg spending all his time talking about the systemically racist correlation between bridge height and city busses while pajeet sea captains are Orking their ships into Black Owned bridges.

Even the intellectual voters are starting to roll their eyes at the numbers they're being shown. They're aware that there's no point in talking about job numbers because they're going to be eating crow in a couple months when the numbers get readjusted... down... again... "The stock market is booming" means nothing to the poors, and the smarts know better than to trust a financial trend when the graph starts at 2022. Talking about gas prices is Orwellian. "We brough gas down $2 this year, the biggest in recorded history" means nothing because it's still $4/gal and everyone remembers paying $2/gal not that long ago. The only positive trends in this administration exist when you don't include data from other administrations. The smarts realize that means all the "gains" being made are actually band aid solutions for problems the same administration created. Back in the day, that was called a "grift."

So, the smarts don't believe them anymore and the poors are suffering more than ever. The only voting blocks they have left are the blacks, the commies, and the AWFLs. The AWFLs are probably a sure thing, for now. The only way they will switch teams is when them or one of their neighbor's houses gets broken into by criminals. The nanosecond an AWFL is confronted with crime in or around their home, they become significantly more conservative. Many such cases. The blacks are slipping fast, and that's for a number of reasons. A lot of it has to do with the younger generation of black community leaders coming up in the podcast generation where their ideas are much more heavily challenged in front of larger and larger audiences, but honestly the Blaxit movement is a lot more nuanced than just that. They're still reliable in majority, but not at great enough numbers to compensate for the loss of working class white men. Margaret Sanger's utopia of slaughtering black children in the the womb did garner them a lot of power with the AWFLs, but losing 400,000 potential black voters every year is starting to show its shortsightedness. All the smart commies jumped ship when the squad and Bernie became Nancy Pelosi's lapdogs. The only commies left are the ones too retarded to know what they're supporting, but even those groups are starting to fuck off because Israel is taking the General Sherman approach to Palestine with Biden's tacit approval.

All these factors have reduced the 2024 Biden campaign to 1 possibly successful strategy:
1- Take every known metric of Trump and Biden, then compare them side by side.
2- Any metric where Biden has the higher number, circle it.
3- Of all the circled data categories, cross out the ones that make the higher metric look negative.
4- Take the remaining circled metrics and plaster them everywhere and say, "Look how much better we are."

They literally have nothing else to go on that their traditional voting demographics will believe or give a shit about.

All the cheap places are going away while the PCC, QFC, and Metropolitan Market (hyper expensive grocery retailers in rich neighborhoods) are the only places left to shop. While the middle class grocery stores are being robbed into oblivion by shoplifters, the expensive places have private armed security teams that will follow you around the store if you look like you make less than 200k/year. I guess that's the type of service you can afford when you're selling $17 squeeze bottles of mayonnaise.
It was like that every place I visited in south america, almost 20 years ago. Every shop larger than a street food stand had at least one very visibly armed guard on duty. You could tell how up-market a place was by the consistency of the uniforms and arms they were carrying. Two or more high-end shotguns meant it was either a bank, jewellers, or a grocery store for the upper class. The US (and Canada) always stood out as the exception in the pattern of New World republics, as the only places that had avoided the need for heavily armed, private security guards at every commercial property entrance. It's tragic to see them reverting to the mean.

Hmm.. Didn't see on here yet.

  • A suspected arsonist set Senator Bernie Sanders' Vermont office on fire Friday
  • The flames engulfed the door, trapping the senators employees inside

Kinda based, not gonna lie. I'm not a fan of mass violence but when it's directed at politicians or their ball washers I see no problem. People probably wouldn't hate mass shooters as much if they targeted politicians instead of kids like faggots. Doesn't say anything about deaths or injuries so unfortunately it may be a bit of "whatcha doin' rabbi?"

I think I have spent longer staring at this than is healthy. After all that time... I have no idea what group would look at this and -not- find it repugnant.

The Dollar General closest to my house raised most of their prices to $1.50 a couple years ago, and about 1/3rd of their shelves are empty as they no longer can carry a lot of products that they used to at that price point. While I don't rely on them for my day to day shopping, it's a nice business to have around. They're great for little stuff like cleaning supplies and birthday cards. The same bottle of dish soap at the Safeway next door is 3-4x more expensive for the same brand.

What's really fucking with me is the increasing cost in thrift stores. This is somewhat the fault of gay rights advocate and rapper, Macklemore. He filmed the music video for "Thrift Shop" at a Seattle 2nd hand chain outlet called, Value Village. The song went viral and a bunch of rich hipsters started shopping at Value Village. Within a couple months of the song being released, the prices at Value Village shot up. A $5 pair of jeans with a fucked up zipper was now $25. I got into an argument with their pricing manager over a Rolling Stones Live record that was warped and had a shredded up paper sleeve. They were asking $40, and I showed them an Ebay listing where I could buy the same album in mint condition, still in the plastic, for $14. They refused to match the price. Obviously this has only been made worse by covid, and a lot of the Value Villages around me have since closed. Once hipsters stopped shopping there, they started going bust because they had priced out the homeless already.

Oddly enough whilst prices for cheap goods continue to rise, expensive goods simultaneously decline in quality. Case in point, my kitchen scales recently gave out after about five years of moderate use. They weren't cheap ones. I am willing to spend the money to get some really good quality replacements - accuracy and reliability and built to last. You can get digital kitchen scales for < £10 in Bongland and I'm looking at ones that cost around £50. So for 5x the price I imagine I can get some very good quality ones that are markedly better? Apparently not - I've read extensive customer reviews and nearly all the scales I can find have large numbers of people (like 1 in 10 of verified purchasers giving one star) saying it was faulty, they're on their second which also broke, that it gives different readings for the same thing repeatedly or the numbers start counting down. Lots of mid-range scores reporting various faults, poor accuracy, etc. And the usual happy with anything mob who buy it and immediately stick five stars on a review. I know this is a bit of a specific example but I'm seeing it everywhere. The cheap stuff is no longer cheap, like you say. But the expensive stuff is also no longer good. It's just fancier styling and marked up and many people with more money buy it because they assume it must be better and they want something "high end". Nearly every manufactured product is starting to suffer from this now.

It's actually a little more serious then just the SCotUS cucking out. The DNC and it's legal lackeys have spent the last 2 years charge, disbarring and eliminating anyone in the justice system who defended Trump, pushed any suit for looking into the election or even one poor bastard who was simply hire to defend a Jan 6'er. He was disbarred for "failing to meet and maintain proper ethical standards" for defending his client.
......
To my mind this is far more serious then anything done by some congress critter as the whole institutions of the US rely on a at lest somewhat impartial court system but now the Dems have made it clear you don't fuck with them no matter who you are or they will take your ass down.

It's 100% Banana Republic time.
This has been my continual issue that I consider extremely important, which is the way that the Democrats/Uniparty/Marxists are constantly and obviously undermining the foundations of a peaceful, civil society. Frankly, they simply do not recognize the fragile nature of institutions, and believe they have infinite inertia to exist forever while subverted. As I've said before and will again, this kind of constant escalation can not end well, but the arrogance of the people like DNC completely blinds them to this fact. This kind of maneuvering to generate a sort of legalistic 'checkmate' works within the confines of a theoretical closed system, but life is anything but that.

What so many people forget, especially the politicians and bugmen, is that the legal and social systems are not reality, they are abstractions or more frankly, palatable substitutions to forestall violence. They operate as a means to resolve social conflict without resorting to violence though mutually agreed upon systems. If these abstractions are distorted or 'gamed' to the point of uselessness, they will be discarded and the old order of violence will re-emerge.

Continually undermining trust in these systems by subverting them to avoid consequences has a cost, and that penalty is the removal of that system from the choices for conflict resolution.

When you rig elections, people can't express their dissatisfaction through voting. Traditionally the understanding was that voting represented 'force without violence', in that it represented a majority not just of votes, but of arms. Instead of having revolts and riots, a simple vote would show which party would likely succeed from their superior numbers and thereby avoid bloodshed.

It only works as long as the voting is fair and trusted. The moment someone undermines and makes the voting process seem fraudulent, faith in the system collapses. Then violence and massed force become valid again, because you can trust your eyes when you see a massed army of like minded people instead of made up numbers on a board.

Subvert the courts or DAs and that takes lawsuits or trials off the table. People only buy into the court system because it promised an impartial way to avoid blood feuds, rule by force, and to protect the downtrodden. If outcomes are not determined by an impartial weighing of evidence in the framework of settled law, but by the gross biases of a judiciary seeking conclusions first and rationale after, then all confidence is lost. Why would men surrender themselves to the petty tyrannies of black robed radicals intent on using disputes as political vendettas? They have not even the spectre of divine right, or hereditary nobility, or personal acclaim that had been cited by dictators and kings of the past.

The only authority they have stems from the law, and when they discard the law to pursue their own ends, they forsake any legitimate claim to even the pettiest power. They have nothing to bind men save force, and they will not like the strength that men bring to bear in opposition when an unjust boot is pressed against the innocent neck.

Make it illegal to protest peacefully or donate, and that too is lost as a deescalation tactic. The iron grip of the media, tech corps, and financial controls they try to smother competing voices erodes all the trust that those institutions may have built up over time and only serve to radicalize their political opposition. As they see the manipulation and artificial controls, often swung about clumsily as a cudgel, they seek to make their own networks that leads to further destabilization.

Eventually all avenues of peaceful resolution are cut off from the people, because those in power do not want to change or surrender their positions. This does not make those people or their grievances vanish, however, it only prevents their peaceful expression. The elites that love their academic sophistry think they can just define the problem away, because if it doesn't exist in their perfectly tailored mental construction which they have engineered with rules and definitions that end with them winning.

Image a board game where the 'game master' continually changes the rules every time they may lose a piece or an advantage. Eventually the game is locked into a 'you lose/they win' scenario - and at your local game store that might result in some choice words and resolve to not play with them again. If the player's life is on the line, if his kid's lives are on the line, if his entire community's future is riding on him winning though......well. He's going to flip the table and strangle the life out of the prick gaming the rules because he was given no other choice.

All these elitest pricks are just welding the pressure relief valves shut and turning up the heat - and when that differential equalizes it'll be gruesome.

And queue the useful idiots claiming it is on brand for Russia to attack themselves.
They did it when Russia captured Chernobyl. I think it was us that told the EU they were going to bomb it in the hopes of irradiating Europe.

I'm actually pretty relieved at this point that Russia has total control over the sarcophagus and probably has numerous SAM sites protecting the area. I wouldn't put it past the brave freedom fighters of Ukraine to blow the thing up as a fuck you to Russia before losing. They've already showed a willingness to attack critical infrastructure against international treaties anyways. Why not blow up a reactor for no other reason than creating a headache for Putin? They clearly don't give a fuck about the people living there anyways.

correct me if I am wrong.

But your job was "political consultant" right? You were paid to do polling and research for politicians on both sides of the isle and advise them and their campaign, staff etc?

Because wouldnt people in your industry understand that trump a 1990s democrat/reality tv show host and all around orange walking parody, is a down culture symptom that shouldnt be imitated at all? Like meat ball ron trying to ape trumps style....DONT.

Fuck I would tell the DNC that they shoulda closed down the Jan 6th commettee. Binden should done a big speech about healing and done a blanket pardon of everyone for that day. basically do everything they can to peal moderates over and be the return to normal

Instead its trannys dancing niggers and now this?

Your fundamental misunderstanding is in thinking that these people, or failing that their constituents, are capable of acting rationally at this point. 2016 and the lead-up to it should have established that they are crazy. 2020 and everything that followed from that should have showed that they are malicious. Everything must be done their way no matter what, consequences be damned.

Optimistic that you think people with rational thinking are still in charge. They're not.

America did get a version of that in a way. Much was said but as we know ourselves by what happened in the past years, not much was done.

Then again, he did say this in the same speech so it was probably kind of pointless to ever hope Biden would be some kind of grand conciliator.

If you remember December of 2016, a lot of democrats had this “wow, we gotta not take these blue collar folks for granted” as they saw Hitlary ignored the rust belt and paid for it.

But instead of being introspective beyond a month they pivoted to “muh Russia” and then used Metoo to take the house in 2018 as they just made up new victimhood plans.

But things are so bad economically people don’t care about that stuff, on top of WWIII on every democrats vision board.

Hell, Trump should make a statement that democrats think so little of blacks they’re going to delay their stupid menthol ban because they think that’s all black people care about.

It’s going to be interesting how the Trump curse works this week since his hush money trial starts next Monday. Seriously, as was mentioned above, there might be a Berserk style eclipse where Meatball resurfaces and sacrifices the country so he can be the nominee, be prepared (Baron Trump is clearly Skull Knight).
