Colorado is insufferably progressive so that is probably why Daniel keeps getting off. Also Daniel is planning to go to California last I checked in on him. Is he allowed to leave the state ?

It truly is, and I live here. It’s frustrating.

I hope he leaves. He can’t though. He has cases in jeffco and boulder still open I think. Maybe something in arapahoe county as well?

Partially. The other reasons being that the prison system is stretched thin, the cops have a shit ton to deal with already and their hands are tied with libtard politicians passing pants on head retarded laws, and on top of ALL of that, there are thousnads of illegaals funneling right into denver and the surrounding areas.

Denver and adjacent cities got rid of cash bail for low level offenses.

He also just hasn’t committed a felony that the system is willing to get him on. He racks up misdemeanors and infractions and so the worst he gets is a few weeks in the pokey, if that. I think he has just enough understanding of the law to not commit a felony. He got really close with Bob but Bob miraculously didn’t press charges. He gets trespassing but never B&E. He destroys property but it hasn’t been enough damage for destruction of property. He knows not to assault cops.

I’ve never even seen him get maced or tased. Deep down he has some kind of understanding of what can and can’t get him locked up for years and he’s going to have to be deep in a schizo episode to break it.

Denver has been hit hard by the border crisis. They've been telling the illegals that they can't stay in the shelter for more than a few weeks and then they'll be sleeping in the snow and it doesn't matter. The illegals get told that Colorado is a land of warm golden sunshine and they believe it until they finally stop moving underneath a frozen overpass.

Wow so I can go to Denver and commit low-level crime and not go to jail crazy. I think it's stupid there are so many homeless people sitting in our local jail for crimes like trespassing, but what else can be done. We have 1 homeless shelter here and it's probably always full. But we at least don't have massive tent cities everywhere. When one pops up they go and tear it down and cart the people off to jail. For people like Daniel I think prison is a way to get their life together

Denver is one of the only places to take the bus loads. We have been inundated, but they will work if need be, vs the meth heads in 70’s winnebagos and 500 bikes, 8 filing cabinets and a shitter outside. I’m not fully agreeing with you, but also you’re not that far off.

It’s a fucking disaster in all honesty.

I am extremely ill-informed on how the justice system works, but what if they're getting him arrested to serve out all of the warrants against him, and then the last one will actually give him a long sentence, almost like to a build a case against him?

The reasoning is that by letting crackheads go for shit like stealing tube socks or public intoxication, niggers of a slightly higher social standing can be denied bail and locked up. Someone like Darrell Brooks can’t have his grandmama post bail so he can go do something much worse. Neither can a potentially dangerous drug offender use drug money to pay a bondsman. And no having to count on some DV suspect obeying a restraining order before trial.

Only problem is that there’s some overlap between the crackheads and the people who do horrible shit and Danderson is probably in that overlap.

I would love to have a color code on that chart to show which places banned him with phone calls from trolls to the establishment, which ones banned him because he was there at the behest of managers (like the Olive Garden incident happened because people told him Grace would be there, or the Buffalo Wild Wings involved a fake job interview), and which ones banned him because of Daniel being a nuisance on his own.
