The appeals court or the 10th circuit might be able to get away with ignoring that though. We should remember courts don't always follow the rules.
Yeah, well, the Florida court might ignore all procedural rules, and declare that Null is now the Governor of Florida. But that's not really a worthwhile train of thought. If the system is out to fuck you over, as a layman, you'll get fucked over. Trump, the Billionaire, is struggling against said system, and he has millions at his back, both in supporters, and money (technically billions, but he doesn't have that on hand).

I just want the ending where the Judge goes full RAM Ranch on Russ, sends in the marshals and US marines, drags him to the swamps of Florida, and FINALLY we get this case going! Probably not gonna happen that way, but I can dream.

Is it really fair to dismiss the wild funposting speculation in this thread? You seem to know yourself that the entire system is unhinged. Might as well have fun since any prediction is just as valid as any other. I’ve yet to see even users I suspect have legal experience make accurate predictions.

I say the next thing that happens is the Florida judge will accept Greer’s emergency stay since it’s already been 60 days. After which, Greer will disappear for another two months. When Hardin asks the court WTF, Greer will respond with an apology that he thought the clock started ticking when the emergency stay was granted. Anyone with a fancy law degree ITT can take this prediction all the way to the bank!

US MARINES COMING IN BLACK FORD RAPTOR TRUCKS
COMING TO FUCK BUNNY RANCH RETARD BUTTS

Absent an order from the judge the clerk is going to upload it, and we have not seen such an order. It could be marked not for public access but there would still likely be an entry saying a sealed document was uploaded.

The clerk in this case is like the guy in Office Space, they take the document from the insane retard and upload it to the electronic filing system, it's generally not their job to make any judgement unless maybe it's formatted wrong or written in crayon.
It is possible for the clerks to reject a filing, but that is almost always done because something about the form of the filing violates the court rules.

One would think submitting a motion opposing a change of venue after said change has already been approved and executed and the case has been closed would be against court rules, but 🤷‍♂️

This is the case that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on, my friend! Some Dingus started filing it, not knowing what it was, and he'll continue filing it forever just because this is the case that doesn't end! Yes, it goes on and on, my friend! You bastard.

My impression is that from Utah's perspective it has been closed, but Florida is trying to claim otherwise.

What is the legality of Null winning fees in a judgement against Russ, hiring a bounty hunter to collect them in the United States, then filming the process as reality-television inspired content?
I definitely am no lawyer but I believe if it's a 1 party consent state and said bounty hunter was wearing a bodycam we've got some content.

Utah says it's closed/transferred, and Florida is saying "wtf then why are you still accepting motions"
A case being closed isn't a total bar to new documents being filed, like expungements in criminal cases, motions to reopen a closed case, etc. The system wasn't really designed for someone pretending the case isn't closed.

You don't use self-help to collect on judgements unless there's some sort of enabling agreement or statute. Null could garnish Russ' bank accounts if he knows where Russ does his banking, or his wages if he knows where Russ works and it isn't some sort of cash-under-the-table arrangement, but that's all done with paper, not muscle.

If you deepfake Russ into the J6 footage, the odds of this occurring are virtually 100%. Conversely, if you were to deepfake Russ into a BLM riot, this is virtually guaranteed not to happen so make sure you deepfake Russ into the correct tier of the justice system.

You wouldn’t want to accidentally turn Greer into such a saint that the entire DOJ sides with his insane legal ramblings on principle.

Imagine Greer as the next St. Floyd tho

I think that might actually be the issue here, from Florida's prospective Utah should have rejected them as improper filings on a closed case, so now it looks like it's being litigated in two courts at once.

That's why there is a clerk, so somebody is saying yes to the authorized post-trial motions, and no to filings written on bar napkins and notices of appeal filed three years after the case closed.

Just 2? We've got it active on 3 dockets at once, including the Supreme Court of the United States. It really is remarkable just how far and wide complete mental retardation can spread.
