Tulsi wasn't playing the long game. She let her ambition go naked, shot her shot and missed.

It takes quite a bit of subtlety to influence black and white thinkers. Left will violently recoil and double down when exposes to a bright light as they have been taught since grade school. Gotta adjust their eyes to the light slowly.

I was anti-dubya too, Obama taught me that it was the uniparty I was truly against. Pelosi's "you gotta sign it to find out what's in it" line on obamacare is what radicalized me.

I doubt even the 9 justices understand the constitutional crisis that is happening here.

What is being advanced by the Biden administration is the idea that a current administration can retroactively rescind the authority of the previous one, not for policies going forward, but for PAST actions taken DURING the previous one.

What we are looking at is the complete undermining of the sovereignty of the electorate via the concoction of "bills of attainder"

I don't know why you think the DNC wants this either. They want Trump, but cutting off your arm to spite your face isn't a good strategy. Opening them up to a slew of litigation now and in the future isn't exactly something they want. All this is just the DNC chasing media hype to abolish/stack the Supreme Court. They want the Uniparty by any means necessary.

Jennifer and James Crumbley are the first parents convicted in a U.S. mass school shooting. They were found guilty of involuntary manslaughter after prosecutors presented evidence of an unsecured gun at home and indifference toward the teen’s mental health.

Are you telling me you expect the family of Dindu A to not take a slam dunk payday against the family of Dindu B? This precedent expands liability from just a probably broke dumbass with a gun, to a broke dumbass with a gun and his family who probably have various assets and incomes to be used in lien. Considering the shit these kinds of people post online, it'd be extremely easy to make the same negligence and awareness of issues argument.

Correct. Anyone thinking this would ever apply to blacks has not paid attention int he past 5 years when blacks were made de-facto immune to theft, assault, and rioting laws.

Edit: This ends only one way -- vigilantes shooting criminals in the street. Which is absolutely what they want, becuase it'll be "evidence" that they're poor little oppressed pavement apes that dindu nuffin.
