Hoshimotos is one of those conditions that is very specific and very difficult to test for. It is more common in women, but men also are affected, and depending on treatment window.

Hashimoto's Disease also has the nasty habit of "running in families" and inviting other autoimmune diseases to come play. It isn't difficult to test for, as there is a blood test for thyroid peroxidase antibodies (Hashimoto's or Graves' disease) A test for TSH receptor antibody confirms/rules out Graves'. Low antibodies to both but your TSH still crashed? Possibly subacute thyroiditis, so you just have to suck it up with "watchful waiting" until the next happy round of inflammation and thyrotoxicosis knocks you on your ass.

Immunoglobulin subclass deficiency: sometimes isn't caught until adulthood. But, it can still set you up for frequent and lung-damaging respiratory infections. I think it's a diagnosis by exclusion? But if you're a hypochondriac at all, the maybe/maybe nots might drive you (more) insane.

B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL): Not a fast killer, can be preceded by wonky blood test results, but can lead to autoimmune hemolytic anemia and/or autoimmune thrombocytopenia, which can eventually do the job for it.

Trollcow still upset over the whole satanic pedophile thing.
Jim responding to Elaine again, who comes out with an odd claim (id guess shit posting)

You seem learned on the subject, so I'm curious as to how consistent Hashimoto's Disease persists through generations, and around what age it most commonly manifests?

According to one meta-analysis (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4128637/) it's a mix of genetics and environment.
"Of the environmental factors infection, diet, iodine, and smoking probably are the most important ones" Iodine intake's usually not a problem in the US. However, a smoker with a dodgy immune system and a gamer's diet would be at-risk if there are close relatives with a history of thyroid disease.

How persistent with multiple genes involved? In theory, not very. After all, both parents need to carry the right versions of one or more of the genes involved. On the other hand, even without a family history, both parents could be packing.

In practice, two female relatives I know of have had autoimmune thyroid disease. The odd thing with the second generation was that one of my cousins developed thyroid cancer in his late 20s and I've had at least two bouts of subacute thyroiditis since I turned 40.

In a much earlier video Jim reveals he eats a lot of McDonald's (the first Lockerz video off the top of my head), so that's definitely a hint of a gamer diet.

Ralph doxing Jim's oncology doctor has to be one of the must ghoulish things I've ever heard about. Like how fucked up and completely devoid of morals or principles do you have to be to do that? You're not even accomplishing anything by doing it. Ralph got nothing from it. It's simply being evil for the sake of being evil.

You could even say, it's oncologically evil.

Jim's mentioned they tested for Hashimoto's and ruled it out. I'm inclined to think that the doctors at the Mayo Clinic wouldn't miss that since he's been tested for just about everything under the sun.
The doctors walked back on the Hashimoto's. On the the screenshot that he posted Hashimoto's thyroiditis is still listed but I think this is the case because it is almost impossible to remove a diagnosis from the record, the error is probably noted elsewhere.

Did anyone look at the photo he shared containing his symptoms/diagnoses on the Mersh stream? Am phonefagging right now, if the quality is too potato I can repost a better one.

I wonder what the blacked out info is (just before the cancer diagnosis). What could be more shameful and private than what he's already revealed?

I have "The Ballad of Mister Metokur" posted (the original version) and I'll have to replace it with a censored version within a few days. Archive it if you want and follow Kill All Pedos on Odysee. I have other censored Kill All Pedos videos archived.
It could be great, and it probably is. But you advertised your channel and for that you are a homosexual.

So watching the newest stream - Jim may have something similar to what I have. Problem is, I'm British and am now waiting for cardiology, behind a bunch of fatties.

If I am reading this correctly, he only had any heart-related issues last year and an ultrasound in July 2023, and was immediately given a stent. I'm in a similar boat, right now - I only found out because I asked Pajeet and he tried to poo-splain to me how pumps work. I confronted him, so he edited my record to invent a mental health history, not knowing that I had already archived a full copy of my medical record.

I left the practice, got a new doctor who immediately sent my case to cardiology.

What he had diagnosed as anxiety was an elevated heartrate and minimum pressure with no change in maximum pressure. The mechanical "push" is fine, but it's not able to properly expand for some reason.

I have also had the partial deafness, on the right hand side, and it came alongside strain/stiffness in my right eye. Cluster-like headaches, joint swelling on the right hand side, weird skin problems, recurrent bacterial infections, random light-headedness and fainting, involuntary face movements, recurrent coughs, dick problems (absence of sensation), catastrophic nosebleeds, crazy shit all the fucking time. Oh, and extreme fatigue.

Basically, heart failure.

It's now pretty solid that the root cause is some kind of damage to one of the valves. Backflow or some shit. Blood can't reach the entire body as easily and you end up with all sorts of fucking crazy problems which the average doctor has never even seen. Infections linger for a lot longer than they should, since the white blood cells aren't able to reach the problem. The damage keeps adding up, then you die in extreme pain. The complications of an untreated heart problem which then fucks up everything else.

For me, that's already parts of the brain, skin and extremities, and Jim is around 15 years older than I am. Everything on his record looks like something I have had, or will have at a later point. Especially the kidney problems.

Hopefully he lurks and this shit can help him out. The benefit of the American healthcare system is that the misdiagnosis payouts are pretty fucking gigantic so he won't need to sell hats.

Does anyone have a link to the video of a guy who jumps off a building and hits every balcony on the way down, slowing him down enough that he manages to survive but he is horribly fucked up from it? Jim would sometimes mention it as the funniest darkest thing he has ever seen.

Thats really interesting. You should post that on your Tumblr or something.

>The chronically sick man who the thread is about may have a hypertrophic valve problem which can be misdiagnosed.

>I have personal experience with exactly that issue.

Why be a fag?
Problem is, I'm British

Nobody cares about your personal experiences with a mean pajeet doctor.
Basically, heart failure.

I'm guessing this is the hypertrophic valve problem? You didn't mention it in your original post. Would be nice if you just got to the fucking point.

So you don't really know. You're just talking about yourself again.

Yes, Jim will die and Jade will accuse the healthcare system of misdiagnosis and sue them because some random kiwifarmer claims to share some symptoms. Delusional.

It's nice that people try to solve Jims medical mystery and offer some interesting explanations but you're a faggot that just wants to talk about himself.

Problem is, I'm also stuck in the system so can't say for certain.

Jim has been diagnosed with Aortic Valve issues, seemingly in 2009, when he was around my age. I have similar issues but mine point towards the mitral valve. If I am right, and Jim is talking about these unique problems, then one of these must be wrong.

You're guessing cause you desperately want to seem clever lol - I did mention it.

Jim, who has also been diagnosed with anxiety and hypertension, may have the same misdiagnosis that I had in similar circumstances, because the high diastolic points towards diastolic dysfunction. They present similarly, and many doctors, especially third-world doctors, are genuinely unqualified.

Do you see how I listed out each symptom I noticed which is on my own record, and then added a little more detail to clarify them from my own experience?

This isn't for you, mongo, it's so that Jim - or anyone else - can lurk the thread and think "Huh, this guy's talking about shit which I've never actually mentioned - maybe this diagnosis from fifteen years ago was a misdiagnosis that got out of hand"

Just for you, I'm going to talk about myself even more - Absence of Sensation - I also have this on my record. It's very odd to word it this way - it's not numbness. There's a specific sensation which is absent.

For me, it's a strange dick problem and naturally, Jim isn't going to talk about his dick problems on stream. But, since I also have a long-term condition and am not a public figure, I can freely talk about my dick.

It's the absence of pleasure during orgasm. Not the absence of an orgasm - it's where, during sex, your orgasm has absolutely no sexual sensation with it. You can still have sex, and the physical process of spaffing takes place as normal. However, the sexual sensation is absent. It's not numb - you can still feel it, but there is no associated sensation of sexual stimulation.

Now, I don't want to say that Jim has dick problems but since there are so many other specific things he mentioned, it's well worth comparing his and my dicks due to the circumstances.

Yes, Jim will die and Jade will accuse the healthcare system of misdiagnosis and sue them because some random kiwifarmer claims to share some symptoms. Delusional.
Yes, if an autopsy found that it was caused by a severe condition which was misdiagnosed as the most common genetic heart problem on Earth, resulting in death, it would be good for Jade to sue. She would have every right to. No shit.

From my own fucking experience, these issues are relentless and cause issues across your entire life. Jim should sue for everything if it turns out that the source of his issues were a lazy cunt who stamped "aortic valve" without even checking the valve directly behind it. Especially if the evidence, as it was for me, points towards the valve behind it.

It's like saying "the back door is open" to someone who then locks the front door, and says "job done" - and as a result, every subsequent investigation assumes the back door is already locked.

Nobody cares about your personal experiences with a mean pajeet doctor.
Didn't Jim get fucking TB or some shit from a Somali doctor? It's immediately relevant. Jim lives in an area with third-world doctors. So do I. I recognise that he has a lot of the same problems that I do. Probably because of an illegal immigrant - someone who faked their credentials to get into the USA.

It's entirely plausible that Jim had a different heart condition which underpinned these catastrophic events. This is likely because any subsequent doctor would be unable to provide treatment properly because of a long-standing misdiagnosis, negligence or a third-world doctor outright tampering with his record to cover their own mistakes.

Because of how rare it is that an obvious, severe heart condition goes undetected for several decades due to criminal misconduct, it's unlikely that subsequent doctors would recognise it. Generally speaking, doctors don't presume that another doctor is outright making shit up.

Are you going to continue being an attention seeking spastic, or should I talk about my dick more?
