I might save Nick for later then and see if I can finish with another clan first. I've played a few times before as other clans but never quite finished. It is pretty fun to have a concept in mind when you play though, my Nick run has been off the beaten path. He got into a fight with the cops for trying to steal the drugs at the blood bank. I think a lot of people do use them interchangeably. Wrongly, but it's common to just think "this headache SUCKS, I guess it's a migraine" without really knowing.
