I have no stats for you, sorry, but I think it's a control thing. As in, they have very little control in their day to day lives but they implicitly understand that when they make threats like these, people (cops, onlookers, therapists) are forced to take them seriously. This allows them to have a degree of control over their lives - Say the magic phrase, the world acts how you expect it to.
Might not be true for schizo schizos but most manic phases I think can be attributed to the above.

Unlikely unless he got help from his managers. But most homeless people, even the mentally disturbed ones are not likely to commit acts of domestic terrorism. They don't have the means and most cops know it's all hot air if someone like Larson starts screaming threats. They treat him like a slow in the mind every time they interact.

You are more likely to see young men end up as mass shooters which is troubling because the FBI never knows when one is about to go postal. Most come from stable homes in economically good areas with low crime. Zoomers should be more feared as they have the means to get guns, aren't on any police records, and display high levels of sociopathy, anti social personally, apathy, and impulsivity. Anything in the 80's Systolic is hypotension. But it's almost certainly from one of those automated BP cuffs. And the margin of error on them is easily 10 points+. Just like the 95% oxygen sat on someone Dan's age is a little low. But the red blinky light probably has issues with Dan's grime.

The biggest rule with vitals is look at the patient. Do they match the numbers seen?
