Your acting like the Plebbit retards who suck Quniton's cock have a greater mental capacity than that of babies. They WANT babble, jingling keys and white noise to distract them from their empty lives.

Quinton might have mistakenly wandered ass backwards into this gold mine and, for as much entirely deserved shit we all give him, he has managed to mine it for all its worth.
oh, don't get me wrong, quinton is doing what anyone would, his watch time and ad revenue is probably comical because so many retards are falling asleep to his babbling, it's an astute business move. doesn't change that he's invented youtube goyslop.

I’m not sure if I’m just fatigued over Quinton or if he’s doing this more often but I really hate his “gatcha “ contrarian attitude

I watched five minutes of the new video just to see what it was and his Dad is a far more likeable host. I assume Quinton wrote the tedious script but he's just nicer. I kind of want this to become his most successful video simply because he's barely in it.

Wow…
This thread is something. I’m someone who had no knowledge of Quinton’s existence until after I made the Nathen Mazri thread(yes, Quinton is so irrelevant that hours of research into Mazri to make the most comprehensive document about him online didn’t once bring him up), but even after learning of him I didn’t bother looking too deeply into some fat manchild.

Then his “we don’t talk about Dan Schneider” video randomly got recommended in my algorithm. I saw the name, and was like “oh, I know of that lolcow, let’s see him sperg about something he clearly knows nothing about.”

I was right that he knew nothing about the subject and would be mostly just following a predetermined popular narrative, but Jesus christ. Even without this thread I could tell he was a breadtube autist who gets too personally involved in shows he has no reason to be connected to. But he just keeps going and going, and his jokes never land.

He’s like an uglier, fatter, stupider version of Josh Stride Hayes. Because just like Hayes, Any time he’s on screen, you know nothing of value is going to be said, and you’ll have to be a mentally stunted child to think any points he makes are even remotely valid.

So naturally I came to read this thread and just wow. I’ll be honest. I’ve been documenting Nathen Mazri since 2021. I’ve seen Nathen laugh about fingering himself instead of taking care of his cat. I’ve seen Nathen attack Jewish reporters while calling Jews own Hollywood. I’ve seen him photoshop himself over Chris Pratt. And I’ve seen him create his own Sonichu universe where he is Jesus and DarkSydePhil is the anti-Christ… and Quinton is somehow still more of a pathetic, homosexual manchild.
Nathen doesn’t censor himself by removing pronouns. Nathen doesn’t act like a show or character can’t be good because of the people involved, and shockingly, Nathen seems somehow more humble despite being a spoiled child of a billionaire.

So congrats Quinton. You’re worse than Nathen, you were wrong about Dan Schneider, and I’m glad you got a bag of sand.

I disagree, but you do you.

The dude flipped out on me one time because I said in a YouTube comment that you can see his eyes reading his script and if he was really a Shakespearean actor like he claims, he could memorize a few minutes.
In fact, he flipped out on comments all the time. He was someone I was keeping tabs on to be a potential lolcow because I got too bored with his content

Ok. But why does the script matter?

Ok. But why does the script matter?

Because he always pretends like he’s this ultra talented, ultra intelligent guy who’s a “martial arts expert,” a “classic trained Shakespearean actor” and a “business expert.” So him having to read a script for what is literally 1 minute of screen time shows that he’s lazy and can’t memorize something he himself wrote.

He began his freakout with “you should know better than to give other actors advice or critique!”

Like, I get it, he got popular for attacking popular targets in the online game world, but he’s never offered any insight or intelligence that can’t be gleaned from Wikipedia. His Diablo immortal and new world coverage were especially lazy compared to many others. Really I think him being British and having that pompous accent is what’s been making people think he’s smart

What amazes me is how many views he still gets, I guess he found his perfect audience, the one that will consoom no matter the slop.
As with everything else involving Quinton, its a monkey paw.
1. Quinton hasn't managed to get over 2M views since he stopped talking about Victorious. He used to get 4-6M. The last videos only got the extra oophm because of controversy (I'm Glad My Mom Died and Quiet on Set.)
2. You can only watch his videos in increments, meaning that the view count is massively inflated. 6M views don't look like much when the video is over 7 hours. He knows this, has talked about it and it drives him insane.
3. Views generally die down once a week has passed.
4. There's the meme in his own camp that the only reason he gets those views is because of autoplay and that most of his fans fall asleep to them. He has joked about this.
5. He had a mental breakdown he streamed about not being taken seriously as a YouTuber because of the length and subject of the only videos he is known for.
6. His current fanbase is depressingly smoothbrained because they likely aren't Gen Alpha, but late 20s-30s people who barely remember these shows, are morbidly curious about them but don't care to watch them themselves. Their reasons to like him are usually the same arguments detractors use against Quinton. He knows this.
7. Q has the real fear he won't ever get this much attention again.

oh, don't get me wrong, quinton is doing what anyone would, his watch time and ad revenue is probably comical because so many retards are falling asleep to his babbling, it's an astute business move. doesn't change that he's invented youtube goyslop.
That's the magic of it. I wouldn't be surprised if YouTube makes a rule down the line to make sure people don't try this again. During the Flowergothic saga he claimed to spend 80k on editors yet still lives in the same small, crammed apartment he has lived in for the last 3 years.

New video, it's a remake of his first Nickelodeon review
I'll keep paying for my original sin: making this thread.
Major announcement: Q revealed in a short on his second channel that his April Fool's video (a DAY LONG recap of The Beverly Hillbillies in the same style as his Nick videos done by his dad, Russ) has been stuck in YouTube Studio's video processing for two days. If it somehow releases today or what remains of this week don't expect a summary until I've been cleared by my shrink and priest. You've been warned. In the same short you can see two of his tabs, one of them likely being this thread.

EDIT: I jinxed it Qiwi Farms. I started this roughly 3 hours before I got the notif (only managed to get through the first movie) that I knew had to be Russ Reviews. Real life and work obligations won't make this one any easier. If you are up to it we can try to coordinate an effort to recap it like with the early iCarly videos. It took me a week to soldier on and watch this one.

So, this project is a redub, meaning Q took the script from the old reviews and retooled it. This one was introduced to the Nickelodeon project plan about 3 years ago, which makes it extra funny because Q was considering reviewing Fairly Odder, which was expunged from streaming services, and after that we were supposed to get the iCarly Iceberg. Now these videos have a special place in my memory, as in I remember coming back from school and playing them to fall sleep to. Yes newfags, Quinton used to talk like a normal person. I archived the OG reviews for a joke that I'll explain later.

The review for the first movie is the sloggiest of them all because is the one that received the most updates. The OG reviews started with an FOP theme song parody and Q commissioned a redux version that features animation done by fans. As the original did, the song highlights aspects of Q's career so yeah, there are references to the Trump rant and his channel dying. There are a couple that actually caught my eye like that technically the song predicts the future since it features Air Bud, Quinton plans on moving to review the Buddies saga once he is done with all the other shit he promised like the McDonald's doc, Bigfoot and maybe he still remembers he promised Animorphs and Homestuck.

Then there are the two screencaps. SKAD is a reference to SCAD, the uni Q tried to enrol in and we know he did because he says it both in an old video reviewing Mamamax and in a segment about Miranda Cosgrove's 7 secrets. He used to say that he couldn't pay tuition but for all I know he was denied entry all together. We await Johnmas' judgement on this little nugget of Quintstory.

The other screencap features certain individuals drawn in the FOP art style. Hippie Rat on the right, Channel Pup (who Q thanks at the end as his "first fan") and the individual on the left got me like 'holy shit, is that meant to be Quinton?', which made me cackle considering the 'Quinton is trans' meme but no, that probably is Caleb, Q's funny friend. Only Caleb shows in the final video because Q is recycling footage.

1712807885717.png

This one is supposed to be Quinton, which made me have an attack of manic laughter. According to the credits this one was done by someone else and I don't know if it was made this way because it was easier to animate, this is how the animator saw him as or Q requested to be portrayed like this. I don't know which one to believe to be honest. This is like the Makeship plushie but worse, it looks like an AI generated hipster.
1712807909928.png

About the review itself, is just there. Q changes names (Timmy is Tommy, Tootie is Tootsie, Chester is Chaster) but one that I don't recall him doing is calling the villain of the movie Drumpf. One thing that he did in the OG review was say that this villain was based on Biff from BTTF2 who was based on Trump so he keeps the meme going. Q includes some sketches he did about Tommy (his lore character, more on this later) abusing his stand-in Chaster. I took these screencaps to showcase how tall he is, that their opsec would make any autistic sharty coom hard and that Q, despite wanting to be an actor, sucks at emoting.

View attachment 5874992View attachment 5875014View attachment 5875046

Q has this gag throughout the review of pretending is 2017 by holding 2017 calendars for very long stretches of time. They start pretty innocuous (as this gag can be) with stuff like Grumpy Cat and Suicide Squad but this is the final one he holds in the review for the third movie.
1712800460703-png.5895742

NOTE: Computer died and I lost all screencaps but one, guess which one survived.
Q also makes 'ominous' comments about stuff like saying that he can't wait for Hillary to beat Trump or while talking about Cheryl Hines that he doesn't expect her husband, RFK Jr, to do anything but charity.

Only noteworthy quote is @44:49. "Please free me from this hell of my own design" while talking about Poof being voiced by Randy Jackson and being unsure of if he should be offended. Even though he knows people cared about doing a good movie it still fails, calls it an insult to storytelling and demands a written apology to be engraved in every city. Pretty rich if I say so myself.

The review for the second movie was a breeze compared to the first because is very heavy on 2017 Quinton (whenever you see Q on camera in this video is stuff filmed in 2017). Old Quinton talks like a normal person and isn't tryharding to be funny. So 2017 Q is like one of your buds talking with you about a movie whereas current Q is like an awkward stand up comedian at the uni pub that makes his routine around namedropping and making innuendos while describing what he watched last night. @52:00 is almost a surreal experience because is Q talking about how even though he watches bad movies, they usually earn his respect, something that used to be considered one of his strengths as a reviewer with the same voice that we know now belongs to a man that only goes after low hanging fruit that won't affect his optics.

Really not much happens in this part because the OG review was a watchalong he made with his mates for a Christmas party and most of the banter was cut. He references Mason, OH twice which houses King's Island, the amusement park Q 'spent most of his life at' and were he got his Silver the Hedgehog plushie. He jokes a lot about a race war between the fairies and the elves (the subplot of the movie). His old profile pic (a penguin body mounted over a muscled body) comes from this.

His final verdict @1:12:10. He doesn't hate this one as much as the original because it reminds him of Christmas slop he watched when he was a child. He also says he watched the Barney Christmas special on a loop so often his parents hid it from him.

Chapter ending is another skit made in the same plot of land to give you even more angles to dox him. If the wall and cluster mailbox look familiar to the oldfags is because is the same place where the 'I WILL SUCK YOUR DICK' video was filmed.

Third movie review was so-so. Not as much of a drag as the first but felt like it had more tampering than the second. The OG review was a 100k sub anniversary so it feels even more self-congratulatory than opening I'm Glad My Mom Died discussion by calling the video a 400k special. @1:15:30 gives us motivation while watching his first review at age 16 'if this ball of grease could make it, there's nothing stopping you from making something better".
View attachment 5895180View attachment 5895191

There are a couple of classic Quinton bitch sayings here. @1:21:29 is him making a snide about being trapped talking about other people for relevancy for instance. The reason I archived these reviews is because Quinton namedrops Mumkey in this one, since Scott Baio cosplays as him in this one for a scene. @1:34:32 Q names Mumkey, which surprised me specially for the restraint of only saying he should've rewritten the joke. At @1:38:02 he redoes the one joke I remembered after all these years, Timmy dies and turns into a fairy and gets to dance with Tootie "this is going to need some getting used to" she says to which Quinton replies "What... being a paedophile?" Before you think it, I wouldn't say any of this moments are clip worthy, I'm mentioning for the accuracy's sake.

One thing Q does consistently in this section is pulling a George Lucas with the prequels. He forces his retarded clipboard gag on our beloved Johnmas and later (on a screencap that delted itself in embarrasment), Q forces a bit from his lore movie (yes newfags, Quinton made a Channel Awesome movie of his own) that is 3 minutes of his dad on a Trump mask talking about how Quinton and Tommy Turner are trying to stop him. That's not the worst part. I didn't even bother with his movie, hardly anyone did, but turns out that Q dubbed Trump (who is an antagonist in his lore, yes really) and Q has the worst Trump impression I've heard since Ben Glieb. He doesn't just not sound like Trump, he doesn't even try sounding like a New Yorker.

Turns out the only useful thing about sitting through this slog was finding out Q still has access to his old room.

How the fuck is this real
Right, so because I started a new job that is 100% remote and had me dealing with a people in an overseas timezone, I’ve barely had any sleep for the last week… meaning I have watched/listened to every single one of this dipshit’s videos in order start to finish. Including this Beverly hillbillies video.(and yes I will summarize the entire thing if people truly want that)

First off,

I'm watching the hillbillies video right now. I think the fact that its hosted by his dad, who I'm assuming isn't a failed breadtuber that doomposts in womens dms, makes it more enjoyable. But I don't think I could ever sit through the whole thing.

This is the correct take. His dad is such a better host that it’s almost comical. He’s more articulate, seems to understand the material better than Quinton, he seems to actually know what the term “gaslighting” means because unlike Quinton he actually used it correctly, but most importantly, he seems to actually have a sense of humor.

The big takeaway that I have after tens of hours of this fat fuck is that Q has a complete Chris Chan style lack of disassociation. A show can’t just be a show. A joke can’t just be a joke. No, everything must be treated literally. Any behavior he doesn’t agree with must been seen as heinous and abusive, anything he doesn’t like must be dissected as problematic. Q is basically 2015 era Mr. Enter with the way he rants about things being “abusive.” And he treats these characters like real people similar to how Chris does. It’s like he never watched MST3K’s intro. “Repeat to yourself: it’s just a show, you really should just relax.”

But as these videos went on, I noticed that the only reason these videos were so long was because they’re pseudo diaries for himself. Rather than go the TGWTG’s route and give his reviews a storyline to live out the fantasy of being a filmmaker, Q is living out the fantasy of being an influencer through these reviews. He changes constantly for his skits, he adjusts the background, he gives live updates, he does every aspect he can to make the video about him. and that would be fine, if he tied that back into the overall thesis of the review. But he can’t do this because he doesn’t have a thesis because he’s an autistic moron.

Q is like the anthesis of Tim Rodgers. Both are insufferable lefties, but Tim is fit, mostly attractive, and successful in life. Q is none of those things.

Tim also produces video reviews that are too long. But unlike Q, Tim understands narrative structure and thus his reviews are closer to documentaries as he ties his own experience so closely to the game that he forms a narrative to it in a way that otherwise wouldn’t make sense.
For example, I consider Tim’s best video to be his Boku no Natsuyasumi review. The video is 6 hours long. In it he not only reviews the games, its mechanics, and its narrative, he also goes into the cultural aspects of the game including why summertime in the countryside is such a big thing in Japan, but he goes deeper by analyzing what the game can tell you about childhood memories, as the game itself is framed around the protagonist looking back on his memories of a summer he spent at his cousin’s house as a kid. Tim gives two contrasting narratives about himself as he does this. One being his first time playing the game during a summer back when he worked at PlayStation in Japan, and also about his current playthrough for the video which inspired him reflect on his childhood and visit the home where he grew up in rural Kansas.

These segments about Tim himself would fit into Q’s concept of intermissions. But where Q’s intermissions offer little to the structure of the review outside of padding for length, Tim’s extended looks outside the game are meant to illustrate what the game meant to him and how it affected his life in a real way, and gives context to why he praises it so highly. And also, despite being a major lefty like Q, Tim avoids adding too much politics into his videos(his articles not so much though), shocking too as a big plot point in the game is that it takes place in summer of 1975, the 30 year anniversary of the atomic bombings. Yet where Q would go off on a rant about America being evil for the bombings, Tim never does. He just assumes the audience already has an opinion on the bombing.

Why do I bring up someone irrelevant?

Because after tens of hours of Q,and over 30 hours of the Beverly hillbillies being narrated by his dad, my brain is broken. But also because these extreme length videos made me appreciate long from video essays and reviews when done properly, and not when they’re grifting vanity projects made by a fat autistic manchild.

I think the other Aspect that bothers me so much about him is that he just assumes that if you’re watching his videos, you agree with his views. His comments like “we never do __” or “nobody out is __” really makes it seem like he only wants likeminded people watching his videos. Which would imply that he is preaching to a very specific choir intentionally rather than trying to come off as original and well versed in these topics.

He also got mad at an episode of Sam & Cat because they didn’t make the same lazy joke that some kids he know in high school made, and that made me sigh. Like, come on man, it’s already bad enough you thought your high school’s year book commercial was so funny the you still think about it, but to assume a network TV show would think the same thing was funny is just sad.

I’m honestly not sure what to think about this dude, only that I’m far too familiar with him at this point and I hate just about everything to do with him.

I like that instead of preaching over some dated clips, he just lets them play without comment, like Jed telling Ellie-May it was wrong to raise her like a boy because that's going against nature. If this were a Quinton review he'd have to chirp in "Jed Clampett is transphobic!" whereas his dad knows you already know that scene would be called offensive today, so there's no need for him to point it out.

Same with a scene where Jed is told having an ancestor on the May Flower makes him high class because his family was in America first, to which he says "Wouldn't that make the Injuns higher class? They was here before anyone else." Quinton would just have to say "Jed Clampett is a landbacker!" or something to make the joke less funny.

His dad also doesn't feel the need to mention that the characters Ellie-May and Kate's daughters are underage and add 1 to the "statutory rape joke" counter every time someone calls them hot.

In a way, it's like he's making fun of his son, because the joke in letting these clips play without comment is that you keep expecting Quinton to interject with the obvious, but he never does because this is his Dad's review

@LiquidKid That was a beautiful, some of the finest this humble thread has seen since someone years ago wrote that Q is trapped in a cycle of curbing expectations about his own talent.

I FUCKING KNEEL FOR OUR MAZRI SISTERS! MAY OUR GARFTISM FLOW TOGETHER LIKE THE SANDS OF ARRAKIS!

really makes it seem like he only wants likeminded people watching his videos.
You are more right than you know here. Quinton openly seethes about not wanting the people in those shows to hear his takes unless they predisposed to agree with him (like how he befriended Mikey Reid after projecting hard on his character) or his friendship with known fandom baiter Matt Bennett, who had Q for Nick rave events at Cincy and LA.
Then there are the delusions of grandeur as he has been on record saying that if there's ever a Victorious revival there's going to be someone in the writer's room that's a fan of his and may include his ideas or how the iCarly reboot made a reference to him. He also thinks that Garfield's Nick All-Star Brawl release was done on his birthday on purpose.
The Smosh Pit crossovers made me realise that he is preaching to a choir, a very specific one and one that may never give him the satisfaction he craves as a creator. Q likes the idea of notoriety and fame but he is a textbook example of how many people aren't cut to receive it.
Hard times don't always make men stronger, sometimes hard times end too quickly and make weak men even weaker. He didn't learn a thing after 2 years of stagnation and in the last 3 he doubled his subcount so everyone that called him out was proven wrong. Here's the thing, this video was supposed to drop for the last 2 years. The Nick project wasn't supposed to take 3 years. Q will be taking a hiatus and we get to wait and see if he is able to keep all for which he gambled several years of his life. I'm for one excited to see if he is the reason Izzyyzz now sports a moustache.

That’s the most conceited thing I’ve ever read in my life. The higher likelihood is that if there is a Victorious reboot, no one involved will have any idea who the hell he is. I have no idea if the Carly reboot referenced him, but if it did then it was likely a last minute suggestion in a similar vein to Patrick’s Mr. Enter reference.

As for his break, again I think this April fools video is a bigger nail in his coffin than he realized. His father has more charisma, is more knowledgeable, doesn’t try to force humor nearly as much, and pretty much includes zero politics outside of “this aged poorly” comments, most of which in relation to the cigarette ads which did indeed age poorly as direct product placement in general isn’t really a thing anymore.
This 38 hour video about a show none of his audience is old enough or has an attention span strong enough to care about is blows the entire channel out of the water… but even then it’s unnecessarily long.
While his dad doesn’t make the video all about him, the first intermission at the 4 hour mark is used to go over PettyCoat Junction for 8 hours. While that does feel like a far better use of the time than any of of Quinton’s intermissions, it still should have been broken up into several videos of its own rather than having everything clogged together in a massive single video,
And really, what is the benefit? If he broke this up into 38 hour long videos, he could have both kept long form videos for algorithm bait AND had a new video every week for almost an entire year. There’s literally no benefit for making videos this long other than some weird attempt at a flex

Weird. I wonder if the length drew attention to it that the 8-hour iCarly ones avoided. It was VERY clip-heavy, although the fact that they allegedly contacted him directly and gave him a date makes me think this is more than a normal strike.

If this is real Paramount owns all of the Nickelodeon shows and are preparing for a sale. He's on their radar now and is clearly considered a problem.

Does anyone have an archive of the Beverly Hillbillies video? I was only like 16 hours in and I don't want to wait for a neutered version of it to be re-uploaded a month later.

Quinton, and to a degree his dad, are leftist faggots but I like old TV shows and was enjoying the retrospective.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found one. Suck a fat cock, Paramount.
