Oh, he's really bad at it, despite playing over 400 wads. He's bad whenever he uses his own version of Brutal Doom or plays vanilla.
He also has a tendency to moan & complain whenever he takes moderate to huge damage. :story:

You said it best, it's Troonworld's influence that make these people think they're actual game developers for making fucking maps for a 30-year-old game on the easiest level editor in existence. I cringe every time anyone uses game developer terms to describe their process of making and releasing a shitty map. I saw one retard on yotube, describing himself as a "level designer" for making one Doom map. The rest of the shits on Troonworld are no different, with their wiki pages describing them as "musicians" and "designers". Some of these fucks truly believe to be the next gen artists, and i can see how that can rub on to other naive noobs on the forum, like the one from the pic.

I've said it before, it's okay to be a fan and have passion for level creation, modding, and the direction of the community as a whole, but don't be a narcissistic retard, just because you can make a passable Doom map. Just have fun and make levels, if they're good people will play them, if they suck, they still might play them because today's community has no standards. And if it's attention all that you seek, just copy the Kool Kidz's shitty mapping trends and make a repetitive colorless cookie cutter Sunlust slaughter shit. But if you get this depressed over people not giving you enough attention, then maybe it's time to find a new hobby.

Tis why I quit mapping in favor of spriting, slowly going after drawing in general.
Though, I always wanted to draw digitally... shame it all come to me late a wee bit

Oh that will be the day. For now, I'll take any DBP map over any current Groomworld's "finest" maps made by self-important, circle-jerking, troon-worshipping, pedo-protecting no-lifers who think that making a map for a 30-year old game is some grand art masterpiece.

True, but baby steps. It's better get a solid foundation first before getting any grand plans. It's only been one project so far and there needs to be more people willing to contribute before there's any idea to ask for a forum. Well, that's how I see it.

Not to mention that part of these problems I've got are my fault at some point.

On the bright side that descent have helped me to see the reality in what it is, and realize the wrongs of whst roads I've been walking for quite a while.

I talso helped to narrow down my artistic visions and develop whatever retarded style of drawing I have.
Which made my doom drawings even better
