I'm not real big on the "woman hating" scene, haven't had the time to learn the meta, but I cam across this in the library:
It's about what you would expect. Mostly based on the delusion that tinder is anything but a hookup app. Complaining for two whole pages about trying to be short for men, to end with "Oh yeah I also list a guy being tall as a reason I like him like it's a personality trait so maybe that is a problem or whatever." Classically braindead stuff.
But I got to a part where she complains about being seen as vanilla as bad, insinuating that she is being shamed for not liking anal or choking or etc. And cites women leaving comments that they are not vanilla and boring like "some other girls." Saying that's internalized misogyny.
I honestly don't care about that part, but it got me thinking about the Not Like Other Girls trend and how it's problematic and my hot take on that is being an NLOG is actually cool and normal and based, and it is actually fine to say that you have a distaste for how people in your genital group act.
I can say that lacrosse players need to be gassed, or that getting beard oil is fucking cringe, and I don't get some meat tube slithering behind me and going:
"Ermmmm, you should NOT say that? That is really damaging to the brotherhood? All men are hecking valid, brother."
I'd argue it's more sexist to expect them all to be twee flower children who all get along because they are so heccin wholesome.
