She’s also posted a ton of stories continuing to argue against Hannah’s accusations and attempting to discredit her character. She accuses Hannah of attempting to flirt with Noah by asking him to LIFT HER to hang a picture on the wall.
Alex is indeed having a meltdown. She removed the YouTube video but is reiterating the same talking points in her Instagram stories.
New caregiver Selena is seen passing through the background at one point. Of note, Alex blamed Hannah for her nudity, but she's topless in these stories.
I know Alex's voice is a hard sell, so here's what she's saying for those who don't want to listen:
She says that Selena wanted to help her do the YouTube video, that it was even her idea to do most of the talking. People had wondered why she seemed to be encouraging Selena to talk in the video, complete with notes, so this is her response to that. She blames Ari's choking on Hannah not watching her. A "veteran mom" at the party had to "pat" Ari's back, which I hope doesn't mean it was a Heimlich. DCFS thinks that she and Noah are "great" parents (not enough doubt in the world).
She refers to the current situation as "internet beef and drama," which is not how I would phrase a situation involving my child. Says Hannah did not sign an NDA.
Confirms that she did pee on Hannah. She'd fought with her mom and asked Hannah to come take her out (again,
where is Ari?). Alex has had chronic UTIs (probably because she's grossly unhygienic and sits on a tuna towel) and has had urinary urgency since pregnancy. Says Hannah lifted her wrong, and that's when she peed on her.

She paid Hannah $20 an hour, cash. If this isn't already obvious, this implies a very dodgy payment and income situation on all sides. Also says that Hannah wasn't good at doing any of her assigned duties (the caretaking particulars), which could've been avoided if Alex didn't get her caretakers off Craigslist and run a cash-only business.
She never had Hannah sign a contract. That's probably true, because Alex is dumb and disorganized, but she's also throwing words like NDA and contract around, and I'm not sure she knows what any of them actually mean and might not always be saying the right thing.
Her atrophied hand smells like cheese because it doesn't get aired out. Blames Hannah for not cleaning her hand properly and says that's why it smelled. I know I'm not the only one thinking of the Hartley Hooligans.
Hannah also had a second job with a woman named Angela. Hannah begged Alex to make her full time because she didn't like working for Angela, who she said was crazy and OCD.
Because Hannah wasn't great at her caretaking duties with Alex, Alex sort of shifted her duties to care of Ari. This sounds just fabulous, doesn't it? Anyway, she wasn't good with Ari either and struggled with things like diaper changes and getting her dressed.
Cairo (aka Bubba; she calls him both at times) has been feeling the lack of attention since Ari was born. He liked living at the Smiths and misses it. He loved being with the other dogs and being outside. Her new apartment doesn't suit him because he doesn't have a balcony to hang out on. If Hannah offered to take Cairo, Alex doesn't remember it.
Cairo gets plenty of walking when she leaves the house, because he goes out with Alex whenever she goes out. He follows her, so she never puts him on a leash (wtf, Alex). She takes him everywhere, even restaurants--
so, what I'm hearing here is that Alex continues to weaponize her disability so that she doesn't have to follow the same rules as everyone else. She does the same thing with the nudity.
