This is my headcanon too. His asides to the Corner Demon aren't angry or irritation. They seem playful, almost flirty. It really does sound like he's reacting to her flashing him her tits or something along those lines. I think April is teasing him by doing sexual acts while he's on stream from the Cuck Chair. The bathroom breaks could be taken to "tend" to those.
