A sorta-tangent here, but is there any text-to-speech software that specializes in legal documents? The ones I've tried have all read the headers and footers on every page, breaking up the paragraph going across them, and are a nightmare to listen to any time it has to read a citation. Stabby's writing style has succeeded in turning my brain to jelly every time I try to read even a few pages of it, but the sweet dulcet tones of Microsoft Sam should help get me through the worst he's got.
Dragon Naturally Speaking has a specific Legal Edition, not unlike their Medical Practice edition. But it's at Lawerly prices. It likely is the gold standard for law dictation.

I just quit reading, give up, and imagine that it's just pages upon pages of insane turkey gobbling noises. It's probably pretty accurate.

I know Dragon does speech-to-text (speaking to the computer and having words appear), but does it also do text-to-speech (reading what is on the computer in a computer voice)?

Yes. For at least 12 years now.

$799 isn't too bad. Subscription would be far more expensive. There's one for law enforcement too but not sure the price on that.

David Stebbins did stab his father multiple times because he didn't provide a fast enough internet to his manchild son who was still living at home. Just thought it should be known since Stebby is always watching his thread
Thank fuck we have 750. Not sure If I can survive three people stabbing me for bad internet. Oh wait! No one here is that retarded!

Idk if it's been said yet, but David Anthony Stebbins should spend the rest of his days behind bars for attempting to murder his father and being a fat retarded turkey.

Every word of the preceding sentence is OBJECTIVELY true, so I cannot be sued for defamation over it, because it is true.

wait, wait
arrest him after we see him transform into the wereturkey in camera
I need to see what he looks like when he gobbles.

Stebbins contests the stabbing allegation, blames his father for doing it himself, and says that all the charges were dropped by the prosecution for lack of evidence. The Father allegation was dismissed at trial court and appeal, and he only raised "all the charges were dropped" in one of his lawsuits against Sid Alpha (with no provided evidence)

Being behind bars would probably end up being a net win for him, he would be able to conduct lawfare with total freedom. It would free up the ”$500" he pays in rent and utilities to copyright more songs and file more bullshit lawsuits, he wouldn't ever have a problem with the pauperis screening because he's in jail making 5 cents an hour stamping license plates.

Vexatious lawsuits by prisoners filing i.f.p. are much more likely to be dismissed at the screening stage.

Well considering being classified as a vexatious litigant is basically a court system telling you that they are so tired of your shit and the abuse of your own rights to infringe on those of another that they have deemed it okay to take away one of your rights and the whole purpose of the modern prison system is to say that someone has been enough of an asshole that we decided that they no longer deserve certain rights anymore. I would assume that any rights you have left are far more carefully regulated and are deemed more acceptable to step in the way of if someone thinks that you might be being a little shit again.

I think it's more notable that we determine the right to sue someone important enough that it is one of the rights we permit you to keep in prison.

It's literally the 1st Amendment, bro. One of the most respected and powerful Amendments, and the personal favourite of the Supreme Court.

If he made it a week without taking a header off the tiers.....I would be surprised.
