Guess I've just been unlucky checking it when they have downtime. Do they go down regularly or something, cause I feel like I've seen their maintenance page a lot lately.

No, not too regularly. They've been consistently down for multiple weeks for me this time, though.

Yaniv is being sued for rexy allegedly assaulting a female minority. The strata is also listed in this suit.

Apparently Yaniv allowed his dog to attack some woman in an elevator and heffalumped off after the dog had injured this woman. A Twitter user claims to have been given video evidence of this incident.

On Mar 28 an article was published stating Yaniv lost his BCHRT claim against his strata regarding the non functioning fire alarms.

The BCHRT's E. Reghre states, in response to the strata requesting legal fees be paid by Yaniv - “I also acknowledge that the other owners have paid considerable legal fees to defend claims that were either abandoned or dismissed. Still, I am not convinced that this is an extraordinary circumstance that justifies departing from the usual rule that one party will not have to pay another party’s legal fees."

What a bunch of bullshit. I hate HOAs and similar things like this, but in the U.S., almost any HOA agreement will have a clause shifting fees in the event of unsuccessful lawsuits.

He was swinging wildly with his fake service dog right next to him. When he was finished he didn't even seem to notice that it was there.
No surprise there, he only got the dog as a prop. I bet the dog pisses all over the inside of his condo since it requires work to walk a large dog like that. I really feel sorry for that dog

The dog ate Yaniv's clit mangled penis tip and now has a taste for human blood, what did he expect?
