Apparently Yaniv allowed his dog to attack some woman in an elevator and heffalumped off after the dog had injured this woman. A Twitter user claims to have been given video evidence of this incident.

Reghre states, in response to the strata requesting legal fees be paid by Yaniv - “I also acknowledge that the other owners have paid considerable legal fees to defend claims that were either abandoned or dismissed. Still, I am not convinced that this is an extraordinary circumstance that justifies departing from the usual rule that one party will not have to pay another party’s legal fees."

What a bunch of bullshit. I hate HOAs and similar things like this, but in the U.S., almost any HOA agreement will have a clause shifting fees in the event of unsuccessful lawsuits.
