The most Discord will do is find which accounts @spy.pet is using to deploy their automated message scraping and ban them. At that point, new accounts can be made and then the scraping tools run through those accounts instead. Unless this somehow rises to the level of a GDRP concern, I don't see what more Discord could do about this in terms of escalating it beyond account bans.

They're almost definitely not going to actually take action on the mass grooming.
