Admit it; the incels were right. - Looks are truly the most important thing when it comes to dating.

Would have hooked this guy up with LagoonaBlue is she was still around. A match made in heaven, two people who halal-ed themselves.

I blink and it's 50 pages later! Quite the accomplishment. I actively look forward to OP taking it to the next level and Zyzzmaxxing himself. There's still time to have that heart attack!

But no seriously there are plenty of fashionmaxxing threads on looksmax.org

Here's one I found by searching:

A couple of thoughts:

That's a fairly competent quick and dirty-guide. I agree with @Disasterpiece though you have to learn how to have your own distinct look rather than just trend-hopping. Even subtle changes can go a long way to make you stand out.

A quick scan of the looksmaxing forum really proves my point that the zeitgeist on this issue is skewed--it's overwhelmingly focused on changing physical attributes like your mouth or dick through rather than clothing. That lines up with my anecdotal experiences with incels in the wild.

I'm guffawing at the last ticktock pic. I have no idea if you photoshopped that but hammer away, King. I did point out in my initial post though that if two people are wearing the same thing the more attractive will win from a looks perspective. However, it's pretty unlikely if you're doing something unique with your look and operating in real-life venue like the bar example I gave.

On that note, I'm again kind of curious: has Tinder/Hinge (or the internet in general) been your only method through which you've met women? If so, that's going to give you a pretty skewed perspective. A situation where a small group of men try to perfect a set of four photos with laconic captions to be then heavily scrutinized by a small group of women is extremely aberrant from the rest of dating and even hookup culture. I've often wondered if the incel phenomenon doesn't come out of overly online men lacking the skills to interact in or even availability of more normal spaces to fraternize and then basing their entire view of relationships on rejection in online spaces-- the advice they give seems perfectly adapted to this explanation.

this is one part of the issue, yes
the other part is that these are the men who have previously been rejected/excluded from those 'more normal spaces to fraternize' you mention, which is what drove them to these internet spaces in the first place

Used to hear exactly this (repackaged as complaint) from incels, they doompost and blackpill about online spaces because they think that's all there is anymore, and from there it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.

I think this is spot on, but I also think a lot of it stems from porn addiction from a young age, seeing as all Incels are convinced that young women are extremely promiscuous and already had sex with 20 men by the time they are 18. They watch porn all day from when they are like 11 and so at 16 they think "Wow everyone is having so much sex! But not me?!" even tho it's totally normal to be a virgin at 16. Meanwhile young women are actually having less sex than our parents and grandparents generations just like young men are. These dudes are completely disconnected from their female peers and base their view of women entirely on porn-stars and Instagram thots and the few highly promiscuous women that use Tinder.

Completely agree. You could probably even go back to the ideas in Putnam's Bowling Alone to trace the origins of the pattern. The death of collective social spaces in the states especially and the rise of the internet supplanting them leaves younger generations with fewer options.

I was a virgin at 16, and now at 18, my body count is 17, despite the fact that I am still neurodivergent with a so-called 'incel brain.'

Sex is not a numbers game, but you are probably too young to understand this. Also I'm glad my parents loved me enough not to fund my dumb delusions when I was your age.

Love how this thread turned from outright vitriol to being WAY more cordial when those DMs leaked even though he's still saying the same shit.

I don’t think that’s fair to say. He’s adjusted his look to what women his age are attracted to. It would be one thing if he looked the way he did and women weren’t into it or showing off his ass. Blame the BPD zoomer women being into twink looking guys not the guys looking like twinks doing so to get pussy.

Well adjusted men don't post on incel forums or get puffy pornstar lips

Incels have their perception of dating completely ruined by online hookup culture. They think serious dating works exactly like a one-night stand and all women will instantly fuck any hot guy the second they come across him.
