It's almost as if there's a concentrated media effort to undermine this site and everything associated with it. Joseph Cox absolutely knows this server and Discord as a whole are infested with filthy pedophiles, but it is in his interest to not publicize that. That site is either down or refusing connections from VPNs or outside the US.

I searched the federal government's nationwide database and the only "Andrew Delaney" they had on record was this delightful specimen from Florida:

1. Still being in Florida, and
2. Having diddled a girl, not boys.

Also, I don't know if being "subject to registration" keeps you in the state, or if you can bugger off elsewhere provided you register there.
