A while ago Chad left Boogie’s house for around a week to deal with some sort of family emergency, it’s possible he still has family that can take him in. I also vaguely remember that he worked as some sort of janitor at a university before Boogie made him quit to wipe his ass full time, so if he didn’t negotiate some sort of allowance from boogie and didn’t save his money up with the free room and board he was getting, then he deserves to be homeless.
