I am not a doctor, but I think I'm beginning to put the pieces together for why boogie is full of shit and definitely lying about his "cancer."
after
@YaBoi mentioned re-watching boogie's
"I Have a Rare Form Of Cancer." video
a few pages back, I decided to watch the video again myself. a little over two minutes into the video, boogie says, "at the stage I'm at, all they really want me to do is get a sleep study done, a colonoscopy done, and start taking an aspirin." this video was uploaded in november of 2022, and boogie did eventually get that sleep study done because we saw footage of him at the sleep clinic in clum's documentary which was filmed in january/february of 2023:
this got me thinking - what the hell does a sleep study have to do with polycythemia vera? so I did some digging.
polycythemia, by itself, is a general term
referring to an increase in the absolute red blood cell mass in the body. it can be further categorized by
primary and
secondary polycythemia.
primary polycythemia is what we know as
polycythemia vera and what boogie claims to have. it's part of a group of blood cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms and it's caused by a mutation of the
JAK2 gene which leads to uncontrolled production of blood cells in the body's bone marrow. it's labeled as "primary" polycythemia because it involves a defect in the
primary process of blood cell production and can lead to an elevation of all types of blood cells, not just red blood cells.
congratulations, you just learned more about polycythemia vera from this short blurb than you've ever learned from boogie, the man who is supposedly suffering from this cancer.
so how does this JAK2 gene mutation responsible for polycythemia vera even happen? boogie seems to think that this is some obvious well known side-effect of testosterone replacement therapy:

but this is false. TRT does not cause a drastic gene mutation that leads to polycythemia
vera. it can however, cause
secondary polycythemia, which refers to an increase in red blood cells due to some other underlying condition, and is typically resolved by treating the underlying condition.
secondary polycythemia is not cancer.
Secondary polycythemia most often develops as a response to chronic hypoxemia, which triggers increased production of erythropoietin by the kidneys. The most common causes of secondary polycythemia include obstructive sleep apnea, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Other causes include testosterone replacement therapy and heavy cigarette smoking.
here's where everything begins to make sense. boogie's TRT and/or his sleep apnea is likely causing
secondary polycythemia. it's not the polycythemia
vera he claims to have. this may explain why he's been on and off TRT as well as why he was sent for a follow up sleep study to have his sleep apnea reevaluated. it's also worth noting that TRT can
worsen sleep apnea. needless to say, TRT, sleep apnea, and secondary polycythemia are all closely related in boogie's case.
boogie doesn't have cancer. he's taking advantage of the potential confusion between the different categories of polycythemia and what people typically refer to when they use the word "polycythemia."
he has sleep apnea because he's obese.
he's on TRT because he's obese.
his blood pressure is high because he's obese.
his heart is weak because he's obese.
his risk of a stroke and heart attack is high because he's obese.
all of his health problems and risk factors are the result of self-inflicted obesity. he's using "cancer" as a means to divert the blame of his declining health away from his inability to stop stuffing his fat worthless face with food.
I genuinely cannot wait to see this fat fuck drop dead. how pathetic and desperate do you have to be to fake cancer? he is, as he'd describe it, "the lowest of the low."
