I can't believe there are people willing to go down on post-op trannies, I can't think of anything more humiliating and unsexual. I wonder if this person has ever gone down on a real woman? Certainly he'd know the difference if he had experience with that. The taste is vastly different I'd imagine too. Pennies and milk taste vs ????

Hi all, 10 days post op zero depth vulvoplasty and this started popping up on my pad yesterday, looks like it's coming from where the canal would've been. I contacted my dr but haven't heard back yet. I took a look and couldn't see any obvious signs of infection, no other symptoms. Is this normal? What is it? Thanks

Currently day 12 post op. I heard back from my hospital, despite all the replies to my initial post saying it's normal, they think it's an infection. They also asked for photos of it in it's current state, then called me to say part of the dressing has been left inside by mistake and it's likely what caused the infection. I have an appointment this evening with my GP (PCP) to assess the infection and likely prescribe antibiotics, I'll have them remove the dressing then. Recovery is fun!

These fucking butchers.

But if it's zero depth, where could they have left it? If it's a "dressing," by definition, it was applied externally after the procedure was complete. Did they leave packing in an open wound? Is it a surgical sponge? Or did he just leave a nasty, pus-saturated bandage on his mutilated nethers for nearly two weeks? So confused.

I can't imagine what it feels like for the men in this thread seeing pictures of used pads.

And of course the men with surgical wounds wearing the pad don't know what's normal either. I suppose no color is normal for them at that point, except blood? But THIS COLOR? WHAT THE FUCK? The only other place I've seen that color is in makeup. I have never seen pus that color... it's peachy pink? Like what the fuck
