The Mexican migrant shot dead by an Arizona rancher after crossing the border illegally and running onto his land can be pictured today for the first time as his family calls for 'justice' in his death.

Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, 48, was shot on Monday January 30th by 73-year-old rancher George Alan Kelly, after crossing onto Kelly's land in Kino Springs, a remote area of Arizona just 1.5miles from the border.

He was unarmed and was shot once - dying on the property.

Kelly, who friends say has had trouble with other migrants passing through his land, remains in custody in Arizona on a $1million bond, awaiting his next court appearance on a single murder charge.

He pleaded with a judge to lower it or set him free earlier this week, citing the fact that his elderly wife couldn't tend to their livestock alone, but he was sent back to jail.

Cuen-Butimea tried multiple times to enter the US illegally before Kelly shot him dead.

Records indicate he was deported several times, most recently in 2016.

It's unclear if he ever crossed the border onto Kelly's property before the incident on Monday.

Sheriffs say they did not know each other.

Many of the details of the case remain unclear, including whether Kelly will be able to invoke a stand your ground defense.

As Kelly awaits his next court appearance, Cuen-Butimea's family in Mexico are mourning his death and demanding justice.

They held a memorial for him in their hometown of Nogales, just over the border, last night.

It remains unclear why the 48-year-old had crossed illegally onto Kelly's land, or if he'd done it before. He had been deported several times before, the most recent of which was in 2016

On social media, his relatives are calling for justice.

'We will get justice for you, daddy, I promise,' his adult daughter said alongside Kelly's mugshot.

The family has not explained why Cuen-Butimea had crossed over into Kelly's land.

In court yesterday, Kelly begged to have his $1milion bond lowered.

'She's there by herself... nobody to take care of her, the livestock or the ranch.

'And I'm not going anywhere. I can't come up with a million dollars.

'Would you consider reducing it to any degree?' he said.

The judge, Justice of the Peace Emilio Velasquez, told him his lawyer would have to file a request to lower bond.

Kelly was appointed local public defender Brenna Larkin, who is yet to answer any media inquiry about the case.

Arizona's Stand Your Ground laws

Under Arizona law, 'a person is justified in threatening or using physical force against another when, and to the extent a reasonable person would believe that physical force is immediately necessary to protect himself against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful physical force.'
It could be used as a defense when homeowners attack — or potentially even kill — someone to stop certain crimes like murder, rape or armed robbery.
The Stand Your Ground laws are not permitted as a defense, however, when there was only a verbal provocation or the homeowner who is claiming self-defense provoked the attack.
By using the Stand Your Ground laws as a defense, prosecutors have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a defendant was not justified in using deadly force in self-defense.

Ah, but consider the following.

Wall with manually operated machine gun batteries. Potentially hundreds of pest control jobs.
What about a flaming river of gasoline instead? Endless jobs for the oil industry!
Line the Canadian border with twice the amount, when they spill over it's always a serial killer doing brutal murder or some trannie whose a serial rapist towards canines.
You act like we don't have brutal serial killers or serial rapists of both the human and animal variety crossing the Southern border. No trannies thankfully, but I consider the volume of crime to more than compensate.
You forgot to post a gigachad.
Do you one better:

"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. Remember, O Lord, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem who said, "Raze it, raze it, even to the foundation." O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed. Happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones."

There might be a time when you will have to flee your own country. And I sure hope I don't get shot in the back trying for a better life, go somewhere else I can contribute and rebuild.
No, there isn't. And name another country in the world that would allow a million people fleeing...what, exactly? Crime? Yea go to the US lol....run across their border?

Mexico wouldn't even allow Americans to do it weirdo

I am reminded of a simpler time when donald trump won the presidential election by basically going "fuck mexicans"
can we go back to that? because I agree with it and I am so very tired of trannies and other assorted degeneracy. I will even graciously overlook trump's duplicitous kikery if it means that there are men stationed at the southern border armed with thermal imaging night vision tactical recoilless gauss rifle rail guns and predator drones equipped with hellfire fuck-you-in-the-ass missiles to vaporize any and all wetback spic beaners who attempt to cross the border when they cannot even speak english.

What's funny is that the US is one of the few nations that has it. Other nations like Japan require a Japanese parent or relinquishing of previous citizenship.

It's also something I support putting PP centres up. Mamacita can't shit out a new 'Merican if it's flushed in the trash.
The only reason the USA has birth right citizenship is because of an erroneous interpretation of the 14th Amendment. The Amendment is what turned slaves into free men (see: citizens) and thus grant them the rights of citizens. Since they were also seen as foreign (being black) but born into the country, the retards who wear robes decided that meant anyone born in the USA is a citizen. The USA doesn't have birth right citizenship, it has hostile foreigners in its courts.

Hey, if it makes you feel better about being so hate-filled you dehumanize and condone the murder of innocent people...I pity you. This man, yes, a man and a human being every bit your equal before God and the law, was murdered in cold blood.

I think what I've said stands for itself and there is nothing more to add.

You all have fun fantasizing about killing those subhuman spics, not that any of you would ever have the balls to actually do it.
>Innocent
>Criminal AND chronic trespassing border hopper

Pick one and only one

For those interested, there was a hung jury in this case, i.e. a mistrial. The State presented a shit case, couldn’t even locate the fatal bullet and one of the “witnesses” is a known cartel drug runner. The state will decide if it wants to retry the case in a few days.
Lmao good. Hope victims dipshit family back in Mexico gets the same treatment when they attempt to cross.

I'm going to assume there was a turbo shitlib tacoboo, like the very sus sheriff, on that jury.

Never doubt how petty globohomo can be. They'll change the charges to something easier to convict but with the same punishment.

'We will get justice for you, daddy, I promise,'
Break the law, demand justice. Stay in your own country, don't get shot, it's that simple.

After watching New York contort the legal system into an unworkable mess in order to fix the election for Biden by Banana Republic-ing the shit our of the opposition party, I'd say you're spot on.
