It’s a very special talent he has tbh. He truly does nothing abhorrent like other lolcows or degenerates like furries, but he is such a piece of shit and negative person that it’s incredibly easy to loathe him.

He’s so incredibly awful at everything he does and is such a narc that it should be hilarious, but he’s such a cunt with zero self-awareness that you can’t help but mock and hate him.

Phil has dug himself a personal hell that’s so unique that it gives that special milk that no other cow can provide.

That's the thing that is missed about Phil if you just look quickly.

The sum of his lowcow-ness far exceeds most, just because every aspect of Phil Burnell is a L. If you look at one aspect (he begs), it's ehh, whatever. But just knowing all the other things that surround that, and how he treats people, and how he's got nobody in his life that could ever defend his behavior, which even for crappy people is hard to achieve.

In fact that might be his greatest accomplishment, and also why a "documentary" about him is so hilarious... there might be less than 5 people you could get on record that would speak highly of him. He treats others with such disdain that it's almost a marvel at how fast he burns a bridge.

That's one of the things that really blows my mind. This dude somehow believes that window shopping through a catalog of free games is supposed to be a proper substitute doing something people have been asking for for actual years.

Don't even get me started on his ability to demean someone for saying something completely true because he can't be bothered to look it up. EDIT: Ah yes, someone emailed him... and somehow instead of just saying "yeah I was out of line, I apologize" he instead had to rant for minutes about how he didn't do it, how when he insults and mocks someone it's never personal unless it is, in which case you deserved it and not only didn't apologize, but also said it was the person's fault.

There's no way Phil won't end up getting beaten to death one day outside of Curls & Twirls by some stationary. I'd usually say that's unlikely, but he's been antagonizing people for so long that the chances he insults the wrong person increase quite literally every day.

It was "donated". It's not shocking he will probably never use it again since his closet is full of clothes, games, and devices he bought and never used. He could probably run obs off the mini pc and use the stream deck that's still in the box. But he'd actually have to put forth some kind of effort or make a special stream about it so he can act confused for 3 hours.

Again, LegalSydePhil comes out into full swing. The legality is this concerning roms: if you OWN the physical copy of that ROM, it's considered a digital backup of that game. However, you have to legally own a physical copy of it. It's a technical gray area that companies like Nintendo has been fighting for YEARS to get ROM's illegal, even if you own the physical copy.

From what I found you can technically use a ROM even without a physical copy but you have to delete it within 24 hours (and who is actually doing that?) As you said it's a gray era ofd law and so far nobody actually cared / dared to challenge the status quo. Twitch's Retro section is still huge and I would wager most of those streamers don't have physical copies of said games (heck I would argue you can't find physical copies of some games anymore)

5 years ago, I went and tried to get a physical copy of Super Mario 64. 60 fucking bucks. Years later, I bought the switch version with Sunshine on it as well for 40 bucks.
