I'm sure you mean this as a rather flippant observation, but it really is a huge part of the problem. Women are so conditioned to think it's a virtue to be uncritically kind and accommodating to everyone, that a huge proportion of them are slow to recognize or respond when this indict is being blatantly abused. I don't know to what extent it's a survival response, or a nurturing instinct, or just relentless social conditioning - but as a woman I know the latter is pretty intense, in childhood especially.
Aside from the obvious, the biggest revelation troons have given me regarding gender norms is that we really need to stop teaching our daughters to be nice to the annoying little shit who wipes boogers on her notebook in kindergarten "because he probably likes you", because he's a tard and can't help it, etc. Obviously bearing the safety of their surroundings in mind, girls need to know that oftentimes, there are much worse things they can be in life than rude.

I find it very hard to believe that trans women would have diminished lung capacity compared to real women. Lung capacity depends a lot on chest size so id like to know how they account for that unless estrogen causes some sort of degenerative effect on lungs

The study they are referring to shows that TW retain greater hand grip strength and are heavier and larger than women, because GAHT doesn't change their skeletons, shocker. They tried to argue that the estrogen makes them fat and gives them lower VO2 output, therefore they need to be put on women's teams because they will lose against the men. Same paper said lung capacity wasn't important when literally a few sentences earlier it argued that males have larger lung capacity...always pay attention to what's between the lines.
That same study had no trans men ever outcompeting the males, despite the supposed boosting of T. It's genes all the way down, baby.
Edit: figured I should bring up Jey McCreight's credentials. In Google Scholar, she shows up in a lot of genetic studies, but she doesn't actually write them. She is commonly referenced in the 23andMe team which includes 12 other people. Interesting enough, she knows EXACTLY what race is - but not sex. She was originally part of the New Atheist movement, and now participates in another cult.

There is a fridge in this room, and my wife saw the trans woman enter the room then leave with 2 or 3 bags of milk shortly thereafter.
Should my wife report this to HR? Is this normal? My wife is an ally but this concerned her.
