I thought it was just some excuse to sell his late books to unsuspecting convention goers. Kinda would make this whole trip a waste if he got kicked out without getting a new customer. He seemed desperate to go too in my opinion.
Nobody attending C2E2 has a clue who even is. The guy who drew Green Lantern 15 years ago? I will bet any amount of money that he does something to be thrown out on purpose and then cries victim on Youtub for the next month to hustle superchats. This is all he has to sell now.

That might have been Plan A, when they had the table, and were under the impression they were welcome, but now Plan B is to try to cause a scene, play the victim, and then grift off it.
I seem to remember a very angry Snowman backer saying he would take great delight in making a scene with Ethan until he got his refund at C2E2 back he was still on the invite list. I hope that guy is still going and he runs into Ethan, I need that exchange to happen.
I'm curious how big a convention's "blacklist" could actually be. I doubt they'll have Old West wanted posters with Ethan's mug on them. Maybe a list of a handful of names and a staff meeting for the ticket takers saying "If you see these names when checking ID, no admittance." End of story.

Then why do they care so much about going to them? Aside from the fact EJ went to one and got a crowd to clap for him. Ethan's whole reason for going has been a colossal failure. He and Jon are nobodies at a con that isn't for comics.
