Ricardo Lopez stream incoming?
The Ricardo that Nick wants:

Holy fuck the Denny's bit was painful to watch. Rackets must think he's some fucking comedic super genius and this poor dude Uncivil Law is just completely bewildered by the comedy equivilent of low functioning autism.

I hope rackets does another open mic and goes off at the audience trying to explain the """"jokes""""

Racism and Strephen Hawking didn't do it--even with vague allusions to Josh and Eric July that almost no one there understood. Who would have thought?

Maybe if he adds non-sequitor to the mix with some sex jokes, he can save it...

--Nick's addled brain.

If he ever does another stand-up, I am not sure Mayer will co-sign. It will be Dax or Steel Toe.

It's Family Guy tier in my opinion. You can't tell me stuff like 'hwip cream' isn't Random Access Humor, it's why Chris likes it and modeled his painful humor after it. Nick's doing the same shit but in an even less relatable way.

Family Guy is a lot funnier--if not more low brow. It isn't genius, by any stretch, but Nick is just embarrassing as a comedic entity.

I submit that Aaron made this story up because to people who know they both drive black Chevy's it might sound plausible. Ultimately, I think they are all liars, coomers and addicts and you couldn't find a working braincell between the 3 of them so the reason Nick was asked to take the case could still have been any reason and Aaron's claim on the show was false.

Excellent research and post with summarisation. I am impressed by the quality of effortposts and shitposts we get ITT. Well done! Posts like this are easy to link to show how cows and orbiters are full of shine without having to wade through pages of thread.

Lying liars who lie flick together. I have seen a lot of similarities between Nick and Aaron's strategies to PWN the trolls, and it mainly consists of: 'LMAO! Incel!', 'Why do you care? So WEIRD!', 'HAHAHAHAHA! You are SO wrong, but iam not going to show proof! See how I mock you and how much i do not care!', 'I make more money than you (X)! LOL! My life is fantastic' and you are just envious!', 'LMAO! I totally loed about a bunch of stuff as a JOKE, and you dont trust me, but when i tell the truth, you dont believe it, so you are wrong and STUPID for havin basic pattern-recognition', and the like.

It is transparently a lie and fake bravado.

Gun news eh? Finally, a topic he's an expert in.
View attachment 5938808

Obligatory: 'He is not intimately familiar enough with the muzzle of a gun' joke.

Actually, I don't want Nick to sudoku. He is a lot mote entertaining while fucking up everything in life.

Get help, Nick, or get funny. Tick tock. I don't care which.

The day April left the steel toe show in tears (never to return) was when Nick claimed to not be able to do the locals stream because of a “client” with an emergency at 2am or whatever early time it was. Later it was found out that he was her attorney (in name only) for the speeding ticket. The “why?” doesn’t make sense.

Kind of like when everyone thought it was weird how Nick would guntguard Ralph during the revenge sex tape & all that with Faith, till later it turned out Nick didn’t say anything because of Ralph consulting with him & attorney/ client privilege.

Could be that nick has knowledge of something that April wants kept secret, especially if she will be divorcing Aaron & Nick took on the ticket so he can not reveal anything about April calling it attorney client prvillege

I am sure it will come out. Post Hedo, Nick cannot keep a secret.

Let's take Aaron's claim at face value. It doesn't change much. You don't just get your case tossed out because the vehicle information is incorrect.
Also, I don't understand Aaron's comment, "Our insurance wasn't going to count it." When in the hell has that ever happened? Forgive me, I have only gotten one speeding ticket and it was probably 10+ years ago so my memory is jogged a bit. But for going atleast 10 miles over, I don't believe insurance companies just "throw out speeding tickets."

The job of an insurance company at the end of the day is to make money. If they can jack up your rate for a speeding ticket, I would assume they'll use even 1 mile over the limit against you.

I hope rackets does another open mic and goes off at the audience trying to explain the """"jokes""""
Ahhhhh... when I think back to some of the greats: George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, Mitch Hedberg, Rodney Dangerfield, Robin Williams, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle... some of my favorite parts of their standups are when they explain their jokes to the pitiful dumb peasants in the audience...

EDIT: Also, Nick has never had to work for anything in his life. The life of a comic is hard fucking work. When I heard he just went up there and didn't even prep for Chrissie Mayer's show, I initially thought, "What a great friend! Didn't even prep for her show thinking you're just THAT wonderful." But then realized he has zero idea what he's doing: EVER.

Comedy - like the $10,000 pictures he buys - is an artform. It takes years of practice, learning, going in front of audiences and getting ridiculed, having great shows, having shit shows (I've watched one too many documentaries on comics in the 70s and 80s).

I bet Nick actually believes he could get a Netflix special if you asked his drunk ass. The problem is that he knows nothing of the artform and would end up being hated in the standup community, just like every other community he gets in.

Except in the comedy community, Joe Rogan talks about this a lot, it's super small and comics today are so cliquey and will shun you if you wrong one person in their group. Like Rogan, you wrong someone like his good friend Tony Hinchcliff, don't even come around anymore. Nick would burn every bridge in a matter of days.

If you told me 4 years ago Destiny would be more watchable than Rekieta, I would have thought you nuts.
If you told me that 4 years ago Destiny would admit to being bisexual while having zero proof of him performing oral on a man versus Nick Rekieta being a swinger and having video evidence of the pre-game show in a hot tub with another couple, I would have thought you were nuts, too.

That could be his retarded way of saying the cop didn’t give points. I have gotten out of points when pulled over by apologizing and asking nice for them not to write points. (Always worth a try. Women should always cry. Often works.)

Yada yada no points and your insurance doesn’t go up, is my understanding.

Debate time.
Who's a better comedian, Nicky or Fatrick?
I'm pretty sure the few clips of Fatrick doing standup I've seen had more laughs than Nick's entire set did. Plus he got normies to laugh at his "I want to kill my ex wife" bit; Nick barely got a gaggle of Chrissie Mayr's fans to laugh as he ranted about Blacks (Nick's comedic forte and "Special Interest").

I now know more about Minnesota's stupid laws than where I live and I probably know more than Nick.

Minnesota does not use a point system. The best plea deal offered in cases would be a continuance for dismissal. You pay court costs and fees that can be more than if you just paid the fine, but if you get no more tickets for 6 months the charges are dropped.

If you have 4 petty misdemeanor moving violations in 12 months or 5 in 24 months, you will have your license suspended. If you have 3 misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor level moving violations you will have your license suspended.

Here's a fun fact I just learned combined with a preview of Nick's next special license plate for his Mustang. Minnesota has a thing called Whiskey Plates where people convicted of DWI with BAC over 2x the legal limit or have a child 16 or under in the car or upon their 2nd DWI in a decade must get Whiskey Plates to identify themselves.

FTC Kills Noncompetes! (Yay? Can they?) WA State Mag Ban Still In, Guns Are Cool

  • sober; right into previewing the (boring) topics
    • Nick was asked to take over an Edward Jones branch some years ago; didn't take the job because he didn't want to suspend his law license
    • non-competes get used and abused "like a human-traficked child", that one came out of nowhere
    • Nick wants to stream Trump oral arguments at some point; whiskey appears
    • super chats; thinks Kurt is great and yesterday's show was fun; more guests next week
  • Sidney Watson (~0h22m)
    • Nick's interactions with her were "confusing and baffling"; first glass of whiskey gone
    • fat people on planes, goes exactly as you'd expect; "Why didn't she fly first class?"; that was the segment
  • Minnesota State Senator charged with burglary story (~35m)
    • kills more time with article reading and (relatively coherent) improv comedy; next whiskey, blow instead of lick (~48m)
    • finds out Senator is a meteorologist; brings up her Wikipedia article to drag this out further; he's seriously just reading her CV now
    • politicians bad because too many rules
  • Rumble flip (~1h14m)
    • superchat:"How are the ceiling cats and corner demons?"
    • pee break (~1h18m); 12 minutes
  • FTC story (~1h30m)
    • belated coping about midshow break; his schedule needed to change because he had "stopped considering other people", clearly talking about his wife; he wants to "deliver a good product... a better me" to his fans; emphasizes several times how candid and open he is
    • the technicalities of non-compete clauses and fat women comedy
    • superchat:"Go snort a few lines of Provigil"; Nick explains how Provigil works; second glass of whiskey gone (1h48m)
    • Nick only takes Provigil "once... maybe a month" when he drives; he's never on it while doing the show; but he does use it when covering a trial; when he does Provigil he doesn't drink
    • superchat:"Why were you tweaking last night?"; "Guys, it's the internet... some of you are fucking retarded... your perception of how other people should or shouldn't act isn't really normative"
    • whiskey got refilled at some point; he seems to be more discreet about it
    • another pee break (~2h15m)
  • Ban on high capacity magazines (2h17m)
    • talks about his guns and that robotic dog again
    • superchat:"Can't afford Locals gift but has plenty of money for dog flamethrowers."; Nick avoids the subject
    • more robot dog; anything to not talk about the law
    • The Wellness Company shilling (~2h28m); goes on for about 8 minutes
    • back to gun talk
    • Jew comedy with Jew hat
    • Back tomorrow, maybe a guest

I want to drop kick whoever used the word “normative” around him because this is the second stream in a row he’s used it in an awkward context.

Dax is done with him, say what you will about Dax but this whole "pitch a podcast to dax" feels exactly like the desperation Asterios felt after the maddox trial. the fact that Nick went from making about a million a year to begging Dick for table scraps is worrying.

Dax is notoriously lazy and it took the fact that he could force paypigs to double dip to get him to do another podcast with Vito and i doubt a 3rd podcast with Nick will be worth it monetarily.

Beyond that someone has to be the "straight man" or at least needs to have some rapport with the other person.

Nick is like the "special" cousin that you can tolerate for maybe a once a year visit, but wouldn't want to live with especially at this point. Which is why his guests now are so few and far between. Last time Dick was on even he was looking worried and could barely play nice. How degenerate do you have to be for Dick to be the one telling you to be normal.
Before Rekieta became a drunk retard, a show with him and the Diddler could have easily worked for both parties.

But with Rekieta's deterioration, it would be a screaming mess if they tried to do a show now.

Being fair, he DID say he was doing some prep work and writing jokes before the show. I also recall vaguely that he was running some of the material past someone, but I cannot remember who..

It might be a lie; you decide. Evidence eof how he 'wrote' (more specifically, he didn't until the last minute) the foreword to Godney's book amd the Balldo review is not encouraging to the above opinion.

ETA: Just fired up a Potentialy Criminal stream, and in the first 90 seconds on the VOD he riffs off a chatter's name 'Jesus is my standby counsel' by saying 'Jesus take the Cross-(examination)' would be a funny song. I LOL'd. He has a better record than Nick and is funnier.

I think even Diddler Dax would quickly tire of Rekieta turning up drunk or last minute cancelling all of the time.

You don't think he would put in some effort for Daddy Dax? Nick has 7-8 hour shows when Dax is on. I think he'd make the time and find it in his schedule much more often than for his regular show. It would cause cancelations of other commitments, but he would move things around to suit.
