Which one do you think it is? The one where he started drinking to get through trial streams or where he started lambasting his wife for having a disgusting and destroyed body after putting out 5 kids?
Is that even a side effect of excessive drinking? I mean I wouldn’t be surprised but I genuinely don’t know and I’m too lazy to Google it.

Holy fuck the Denny's bit was painful to watch. Rackets must think he's some fucking comedic super genius and this poor dude Uncivil Law is just completely bewildered by the comedy equivilent of low functioning autism.

I hope rackets does another open mic and goes off at the audience trying to explain the """"jokes""""

It's Family Guy tier in my opinion. You can't tell me stuff like 'hwip cream' isn't Random Access Humor, it's why Chris likes it and modeled his painful humor after it. Nick's doing the same shit but in an even less relatable way.

“Totally wouldn’t go to this place that abuses and traffic women for a handjob guys but imagine if I did! It would be totally hilarious” 🥃:really:

It's the Christian thing to do. Jesus Christ hung out with hookers. He probably got him some $40 hand jobs from those Pharissee chicks that were being trafficked by the Romans. You damn Scandinavian prudes and incel Kiwifarmers have no idea but good Christian men have been banging hookers since the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.

He even delivers it in the cadence you'd hear a joke like that on Family Guy. Except even the dumbest, least funny, over-long gag on Family Guy is still funnier than this sad attempt at a joke.

Stephen Hawking and all the black guys at Hedonism 2 would be sad, Nick.

I remember when he had moments, now it’s full streams. He should try a caffeine detox maybe, idk. I cant edit on the speed I’m used to with this stream because he’s too amped up. Very inconsiderate
I would recommend a bathroom break hiatus. Just saying.

FYI Uncivil law is streaming to about 8000 people right now. He is alone on Destiny's channel. Eat your heart out Nick
Did Destiny have an insightful conversation with him about Denny's? I didn't think so.

It's difficult to say if Aaron telling the truth. The police reports we have say April is the "RO" of the vehicle, which suggests they ran the plates, and stuff. He also changed his story to that from yesterday's "oh, we paid that ticket" (pro tip: you're gonna, and then some).

But yeah, if the paperwork was as fucked up as Aaron claims, I would imagine the judge would have to toss the case, no?

Let's take Aaron's claim at face value. It doesn't change much. You don't just get your case tossed out because the vehicle information is incorrect. In this case, the report clearly says the officer identified April during the traffic stop which was recorded on his body cam and he has her speeding violation captured from his squad camera. The prosecutor is allowed to amend the charging document. Maybe they would have took pity on April and just said fuck it, but I think hiring the non practicing laughing stock of the area that every judge hates wouldn't have helped her.

But either way, let's take a look at the vehicle description in the citation.

april.png

Is this actually Aprils truck? Yes it is. Here we have photos from Twitter where April is showing off her rather new to her (it was purchased used) black Chevrolet Silverado. Looking at the seats we clearly can read High Country which is a Silverado trim. High Country is also a trim level for Tahoes and Suburbans but this is clearly the interior of a truck and not an SUV.

Aaron claims she wasn't in that vehicle, so what vehicle would she have been in? From Aaron's own recent citation summary we know he drives a black Chevrolet Tahoe.

aaron.png

I guess that lay people might get confused over 1 black Chevy with another but I can't imagine the average cop would. Even if he fucked up the report by accidentally inserting her information of her own truck's registration instead of Aaron's, it doesn't explain why his written report refers to a truck multiple times and not an SUV.

In contrast we can see how they refer to Aaron's vehicle in his citation summary
SERGEANT STELLMACH ADVISED ON THE RADIO THAT ABLACK CHEVSUVWITH MN PLATE ERJ697 WAS TRAVELING AT AHIGH RATE OF SPEED [...] I OBSERVED THE BLACK CHEVSUVBEARING MN PLATE ERJ697 DRIVE PAST ME

I submit that Aaron made this story up because to people who know they both drive black Chevy's it might sound plausible. Ultimately, I think they are all liars, coomers and addicts and you couldn't find a working braincell between the 3 of them so the reason Nick was asked to take the case could still have been any reason and Aaron's claim on the show was false.

If you told me 4 years ago Destiny would be more watchable than Rekieta, I would have thought you nuts.

Excellent research.

I agree with you, but Aaron's lie makes it sound like the case was, if not a slam dunk, at least contestable, and Nick messed up extra bad by no-showing.

I am flabbergasted he lied over this, and don't much see the point.

Gun news eh? Finally, a topic he's an expert in.
View attachment 5938808
A perfect time to have some firearm lawyers on. For some reason I don't think FuddBusters or Ivan is going to show back up for a while.
Is he going to talk about the PA case allowing 18-20 year olds to conceal carry? If so, this may be the freshest news Nick has touched in the last year. The court ruling just dropped today.
Or will he bring up the black guy in NY, where the judge told him the 2nd ammendment exist in her courtroom? This is from 3 days ago, more Nicks speed.
If I was a betting man, I'd bet on some random gun news from a week plus ago.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if he started covering the 1994 assault weapons ban.

Is this a preview of his podcast with Dax?
Dax is done with him, say what you will about Dax but this whole "pitch a podcast to dax" feels exactly like the desperation Asterios felt after the maddox trial. the fact that Nick went from making about a million a year to begging Dick for table scraps is worrying.

Dax is notoriously lazy and it took the fact that he could force paypigs to double dip to get him to do another podcast with Vito and i doubt a 3rd podcast with Nick will be worth it monetarily.

Beyond that someone has to be the "straight man" or at least needs to have some rapport with the other person.

Nick is like the "special" cousin that you can tolerate for maybe a once a year visit, but wouldn't want to live with especially at this point. Which is why his guests now are so few and far between. Last time Dick was on even he was looking worried and could barely play nice. How degenerate do you have to be for Dick to be the one telling you to be normal.
daresay it could be the final time that daddy Daxipad will bless Balldo with his presence.
yep, that ship sailed. its like Ethan Ralph. Nick went from an asset to a liability. Even post-pillstream Ethan was an asset to Dick up until 2021 when Vito and Mint's boyfriend replaced him for the "fun fat guy that does what he's told" role

Nick is in a similar predicament, last year he was great to have on you side, his Eric July rant probably helped Dick or at least felt that way whereas now he's just proof everything Dick says is bad for you.
Complete with red mustang and his very own Mandy. :story:
shout out to the guy from the video because there's no way in hell Nick didn't try to have him on the show.
Of course, that is a punchline that makes no sense unless you assume Rekieta would go to such a place.
great point. Nick's persona contradicts himself. Nick wants to be Dick Masterson:Law Edition which is the exact opposite of how people saw him two years ago. People saw him as a Chad Dad, the wholesome christian man worthy of paying $100 to get a toast from because his words meant so much.

his heel turn is as close to those anti-gay republicans from the 2000s who end up getting caught trying to solicit gay sex in public bathrooms as anyone could get.

But the way he's talking, he's acting like everyone knows he's some Andy Dick style scumbag. Its why the jokes both fall flat and even the lawyer is shocked that thats the angle taken on the story instead of "hey this is bad"

That’s fucking dark. Rekieta going to massage parlors just on the off chance they traffic women so he can get a happy ending while not reporting it.
honestly yeah thats a bad take in general. Especially when a smarter one would have been to denounce this while also using this story as a way to allude to the fact that he goes to "cage free" massage parlors. from what i've read there's almost never a man "in sight" when at these places and while its obvious the women eat and sleep there and/or blatantly watched by gang members through cameras on premise and most likely have some chunk of their tips taken from them the amount of money they're making to jerk off middle aged dudes is obscene compared to what the regular person might make in their area.

Its easily $100/hr minimum someone is forking over every time they go in to get touched, and that doesn't even factor in upcharges or haggling, he's probably their favorite client. Pretend to enjoy his antics and charge him 2x what they do any non-narcissist that comes walking in.

some basic math calculations shows these places make more than a subway restaurant and thats not even factoring in the whole "illegal businesses don't pay taxes" thing. the net pay these "slaves" are making in a week is way more than what your average citizen is making and if the tips truely do just go to the slave than they're making more than a lot of citizens i know. i can name at least a few sluts that would be ok jerking off old dudes for $50 a pop (literally!)

Of course thats the other reason this story is so bad. it feels so slimy and its obvious this wasn't gang related but some asshole trying to take advantage of someone. there's enough whores in the world that you shouldn't need to force women into this profession. especially ugly middle aged whores like those that seem to always be working these places.

The day April left the steel toe show in tears (never to return) was when Nick claimed to not be able to do the locals stream because of a “client” with an emergency at 2am or whatever early time it was. Later it was found out that he was her attorney (in name only) for the speeding ticket. The “why?” doesn’t make sense.

Kind of like when everyone thought it was weird how Nick would guntguard Ralph during the revenge sex tape & all that with Faith, till later it turned out Nick didn’t say anything because of Ralph consulting with him & attorney/ client privilege.

Could be that nick has knowledge of something that April wants kept secret, especially if she will be divorcing Aaron & Nick took on the ticket so he can not reveal anything about April calling it attorney /client privilege.

Nick admitting he can't/doesn't read social cues? That's just grand. That's the first step to getting better. Ah who am I kidding, can't stop won't stop.
He's not even a high functioning autist, he's just a drunken, blubbering pile of cells. I can find discarded petri dishes in the hazard bin that are more functional than this fucking retard.

LOCALS' Final Solution:
Most libertarian chat.
>Woman over 40 birthing kids is x3 more likely to yield genetic issues than sibling incest birth
>So woman over 40 having children is x3 more immoral than incest
>Kill all people with genetic defects

Right, logically, raping a 5-year-old is less immoral than incest because the chance of birthing genetically defective children is zero.
Logically, sodomy is more moral because...
Logically, just fuck animals, because...

This is your brain on libertarianism.
