It's not really an ongoing controversy as more a circus that still performs regularly.

In a recent post, Smoke tried to justify the monthly billing and subpar release schedule. The last proper update was shat out on new year's eve which had a total of 3 new scenes, 2 broken. Since then they've released the renpy of Themyscira, not touched it in a month and now with the recent release of 2.4.5 that's just a bug fix, with no new scenes added. They're also working on an android version for some reason. One thing I don't understand about fagzone is their fixation on android ports, do people really play smut like renpy and RPGM games on their phones of all things?
The thing about Android is that if an app exceeds 1.2 gigs, the file structure starts to restrict what the program can do on the phone to save on RAM and the like. Why they would devote resources to this I don't understand.

All in all, still scamming, still making thousands from blind people who justify their behavior. The release schedule has changed from monthly, to bi-monthly, to 3 months maybe 4 to now "whenever we feel like."

I mean, look at how many people are still giving to ICSTOR, I just checked and it is over 4000 and has been for a year, despite only making 1 release in 3 years, and that was basically a censorship patch so they could release Milfy City on steam.

The amount of money that has just been thrown into a pit over the years by people just refusing to give up on things on patreon that were maybe kinda good 6 years ago is mindboggling.

Honestly fear and hunger wasnt as deep and complex as video essayists want you to believe
And at times it felt like the author was just torturing me with his fetishes.

Including interracial cuck shit and tranny stuff.
The samarie/marine "Romance" being pretty jarring to me.

Coin-flipping to see if you get to save your game is a nifty mechanic. Kinda like RE1 making you use your ink ribbons wisely.

It's a game from Finland. Living in a communal longhouse with no sunlight causes weird kinks as much as it causes alcoholism and depression.

I haven't played Termina yet. It looks like Miro tried to lazily bash together Majora's Mask and Danganronpa. I'm liking the first one's "side character in Berserk" setting much more.

AFAIK purely porn games do require you to sign in, I don't think its recent but I don't check out porn games on steam often. You can still view any M rated game without being logged in by inputting your "birthdate"

Basically anything above a certain level of sex or violence: you need to flick a setting in your Steam account to even see. It won't be recommended to you or show up in searches unless you're logged in and turn those settings on. The setting has been around for years, but you only discover it if you're directly linked to a 'forbidden' item from outside of Steam or you're the type of guy who pokes around in their program options by force of habit.

If you go to Your Store>Preferences, you can add tags to exclude. Throwing "Sexual Content"/"Nudity" in can filter those out. Not a perfect solution, but it can help get rid of most of the clutter.

You can just go to "Mature Content Preferences" in there and uncheck the "Adult Only Sexual Content" boxes.

The Black guy is also gay, and one of the best characters to use in the game (apparently he can regenerate limbs). The tranny shit pushed me away from the Fear and Hunger series (and it doesn't help knowing you can't use Augustus, who might be from Ragnavald's bloodline, or even Tanaka).

So what's the closest thing to an adult gacha game that is somewhat playable?
