only tangentially related, but i've noticed quite a few "content creators" hawking their patreon, merch, and other services all the time now. even some people i've been watching for years who seemed ambivalent or apprehensive about asking people for money are reminding people they have a patreon at the end of every video now

despite not being previously interested in budget cooking, i also keep getting recommended youtube cooking channels about feeding a family of four for $50 a week or making holiday meals using nothing but dollar tree ingredients

remember, totally not in a recession though

They actually did a little push on something like that at the start of the Wuhan Flu when some people saw shit coming and started storing food. It's also why they overhyped toilet paper and memed it to hell.

Wasn't sure where to post this so I'll just put it here. I use Youtube's shorts feature which is basically a tiktok ripoff and this is what is being promoted by their algorithm right now. This has 100k likes. This guy who is openly a socialist and very anti-white is being pushed to the top. It's infuriating. One of the most punchable faces I've ever seen. Least dysgenic leftist.

Trump has his DOL in charge of the GOP now. So at least Trump has some power behind him to challenge these results.

Advertising on OnlySimps seems odd but don’t forget that people thought political ads online on Facebook in 2008 was just as weird but was heavily utilized by Obama and considered one of the factors for winning both the primary and general election. Simps are gonna simp and coomers are going to coom and reaching out on OnlySimps probably will net a few voters.
