we interrupt this hiatus to bring you the situation in my home state concerning the presidential:

In a hypothetical 2024 presidential match-up between Democrat Pres. Joe Biden, Republican former Pres. Donald Trump, independents Robert Kennedy and Cornel West, and the Green Party’s Jill Stein, 46.3% said they would vote for Trump. Without third-party candidates, Biden gained bumped up to 42.2%, but he still fell short of Trump’s 47.4%. The remaining 10.4% were undecided.
9% of Republicans in North Carolina said that a guilty verdict would dissuade their vote. Independent voters said that they would be 32% more likely to vote for Trump if convicted, with 25% saying they would be less likely and 43% stating it would have no impact.
If the election were held today, Republican Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson led Democratic Attorney General Josh Stein by only four respondents. Robinson had 41.8% and Stein had 41.4% The poll found 4.9% said they would vote for someone else and 11.9% said they were undecided.
back to political hibernation

Trump should have 3 folds of $10,000 on him at all times just for these gay occassions.

But he will be able to attend Guts' graduation:

Judge commits election interference by restricting a candidate's movement so strictly that he cannot campaign as planned or attend son's graduation.

Candidate starts campaigning in city he is supposedly hated in and draws massive crowds thereby humiliating both judge, narrative media, and current resident of the Oval Office.

Judge knows they had a bad look going and decides to reverse part of the ruling to show how lenient and fair they are because they do not realize the Internet exists.

That is two decimal places IQ chess.

It's hard to reduce my opinion of the average American, but this set of polls is doing it rapidly.
It's not like the GOP's given the American people anything to believe in.

We might not be able to do shit about our border but we can give money to Israel to secure theirs.

It's hard to reduce my opinion of the average American, but this set of polls is doing it rapidly.
The Founding Fathers known the average Americans are too stupid to be allowed to vote without first earning the privilege to do so. And have something very tangible to lose if they voted wrong.

That poll is more of the same shit ever since negros and women were given the right to vote. Instead of being given of paying the buy-in to the privilege of earning the right to vote.

I am not quite as blackpilled on the legal situation. While all three reasons given are likely to remain... they also could be moot. A lot of the reasons to deny election cases last time were on very shaky ground. it was judges being cowards deciding they wanted no part in it, and quite a -lot- deciding that a Biden term couldn't be -that- bad. And besides, Mean Tweets are awful so surely Biden being in would be good, right?

That is not so true now. And judge's make less than 100K a year meaning they are in the bracket feeling the squeeze of Biden's economy. So they have considerable more reason to bypass their normal cowardice to at least hear Trump's team out. Additionally, Trump's team -hopefully- has learned something from their failed attempts and most importantly Kari Lake's failed attempt that you absolutely should not make it a case about Fraud. You need to make it a case about failed procedure.

Doing so has numerous benefits. A lower burden of proof, simply not having to prove malice, and most importantly it provides an out. "procedure was not followed, so do reelections in this specific area" is a lot easier than "Redo the whole thing", also the Democrats own verbiage and actions comes back to bite them. A lot of 2020 was judges being in unprecedented times, making cases that would delay the result of the election was... unheard of. Even the 2000 election felt that squeeze. But now Elections can be counted up tot he very month of inauguration! So why not do a snap reelection in some areas?

All in all, my thoughts are that its a changed playing field and simply writing off the judges as if they will do the exact same thing despite these changes is premature. Are these changes a guarantee of a different outcome? Hell fucking no. There is -ample- reason to blackpill here. But its not wholy, utterly doomed and destined.
I regretfully gave you a rainbow for that. Your knowledge of US law exceeds mine so I hope you're right. But one thing I know of human nature is that cowards are more governed by threats than rewards. It may be that judges are feeling a squeeze under Biden as you say. But what it comes down to his which way has the biggest negative consequences for them if they rule against a faction. And Democrats / Progressives / The Elites are nearly always more vindictive than anybody else. Plus whilst a Trump administration will come and go, the Deep State and is wormed deep into the system and will be there long after, unless Trump burns things to the ground.

Lake has been a real fighter.
70% of Arizonans believe the 2022 election was illegitimate.
AZ in particular is really depressing to see.
Who are the opponents though? Are they competent or are they Dr. Oz-tier? As I’ve said ad nauseam, voters prefer someone with a bad plan over no plan and the GOP actively avoided committing to anything in 2022, which is why they did poorly, among other factors. If it’s the same story here, nobody should be surprised.

The democrats will save their majority leader. In other news, water is wet.

I expected it, and it pisses me off, but at least the sheep's clothing is off of this wolf.
MTG intends to go forward anyway and force an on-record vote.

The only thing left to do I suppose is to finance a "vote him out" campaign in his district.
They're getting a democrat either way, it's important he be removed from that seat.

Who are the opponents though?
A literal pelosi clone named Ruben Gallego.
Supports "Trans Kids" and amnesty for illegals.

Four years ago this would have been a self-inflicted oops, but now it's so apparent to even the normies there's not going to be any backlash to stating the obvious.

We're at the point where the gays can't take it anymore at UT Austin:

And when they act like this is a good thing, people realize no, this isn't right. We're seeing the Boeing-ification of everything on 2x speed.
