So, Aaron doesn't come over for swinging for the second weekend in a row, and Nick can coincidencidentally stream for the second Monday in a row, and also doesn't show symptoms of being on the same drugs as before... It's almost like all those missed Monday shows were the result of partying too hard over the weekend and not "scheduling" related at all...

I never understood what he was going to do if he did appear. The judge isn't going to give her a more special deal because Nick is there. There are zero grounds to fight a ticket like this.

He had a stream way back where he talked about his strategy for fighting a speeding ticket. It started with requesting the radar gun logs, because he said that the maintenance on those is almost never done. I note that in the report on April's ticket, it explicitly mentions the radar gun being checked and working perfectly.

The second step was demanding an expert witness to interpret the radar information because he claimed that the average cop doesn't have the expertise to address issues like how radar works around curves, etc. The radar expert would be so expensive for the State to bring in that they would probably just drop the ticket, and if they didn't, then you would at least have spitefully caused them to waste more money prosecuting the ticket than they would get from you paying the fine. He didn't show up to request that in the pretrial, so he didn't have a chance to demonstrate how brilliant that part of his plan was.

Basically what ShinyStar said. I WISH my parents could have blown off employment as easily as Nick does to spend more time with me. It is infuriating to any one who had parents who wanted to be present but had to work long hours to survive.

Nick touted the benefits of working from home as him having more time to help with the children and house, but we know he barely does that and was reliant on the nanny to help shuffle people around. The state of his home is a wreck, by his own admission, so either he was lying then (and he is slacking) or he is MUCH too busy and needs to beat the children's schedules into a manageable format. The excuse that he is 'sacrificing for them' does not work with all the versions of excuses he has given.

Depending on the trial I could see some value in having non lawyer, but relevant guests. For instance if someone streams the Alec Baldwin trial and then brings on an actual armorer or someone who's worked on movie sets and has knowledge of how things are supposed to work, that could be useful/interesting.

That being said, IDK what that trial Nick mentions is about, but I'm guessing it's not grooming saving your ex's daughter or creepshotting random women in the gym, so that would definitely seem to limit any value Drex might have as a commentator.
