so this is basically like when Joe said he was reliving student debt but it was only for a specific group of people with specific loans. Weed is legal in the US, if you use if medicinally.

Basically, he wants people to think he did a thing without doing it.

so this is basically like when Joe said he was reliving student debt but it was only for a specific group of people with specific loans. Weed is legal in the US, if you use if medicinally.

It's so ridiculously easy to get a medical card, go get "evaluated" and approved (hell even massage therapists can do this), then go talk to a weed card doctor on the phone or videochat, get approved once you call your PCP and tell them send my diagnoses over to this weed card doctor, pay the fee, get your card. Ever been diagnosed with anxiety? (Know how easy it is to get diagnosed as having anxiety if you haven't already been?) You're approved for a weed card! Ever been diagnosed with pain that didn't even require a prescription, your PCP said yeah okay take some Tylenol and you'll be fine? You're approved for a weed card! It's a joke. And then you don't even have to go to the dispensary but once, so you can get an offishul from a dispensary jar. Then go back to your regular black market dealer and put his weed in the dispensary jar. If a cop ever finds it, unless it's more than the amount your state allows for medical marijuana possession (1-3 ounces in most states), hand him your weed card and you're free to go sir

Seriously just legalize it instead of stealth legalizing it with all this silly nonsense

Yep, it would be placing it at the same drug schedule as ketamine, codiene, and steroids, all of which require a prescription. Neither the DEA or executive branch have the power to change the drug scheduling either. Drug scheduling is handled by congress. 21 USC § 812 classifies it as Schedule I. So maybe they are wanting to get smacked down again in the courts to point and yell at 'muh republicans'.

yeah, irl buddy (with some legit problems) went to get a card in Florida and the doc he went to was straight up "woah, you actually have real problems? yeah I'll write you up for the max per month"
usually it's "uhh, *cough* *cough*, I suffer from... not being high. every day I wake up with not-stoned-ness ravaging my body, and only copious amounts of weed can assist me with this debilitating condition"

I don't bother with the card because fuck paying five hundred bucks a year to get overcharged for weed. I just get gas station near-weed like Delta Z and other shit that sounds like cartoon robots

Seriously back when California still pretended to give a shit about it I was able to list hangover headaches as medically requiring weed and got my card, it's just legalization with extra steps to placate housewives worried about the devil's lettuce.

Probably but I didn't get into shooting until I found friends who did and that was post-California.
If you're asking if Washington treats Californian law as gospel when it comes to 2a rights? No, no they don't.
