Pretty sure it's a copyright thing instigated by DSP. Steam has shit tons of games like Member the Alamo, the Alex Jones game and Tyrone vs Cops and they're infinitely more offensive than this game.

and iirc Steam has no issues with parodies either, like the Bernie Sanders Mario knock-off, so my bet is on ol' Phil. Or the countless Ukrainian made shovelware games where you kill a poorly rendered Putin model in Unity 3D that may or may not also be Bitcoin miners.

I think that there was an issue with it being a paid-for game. If it was a freeware title than it could've gotten WAY more downloads and Phil couldn't really do anything about it.

You can do that with any game that was ever on Steam, if they removed games from your library after they got removed from the store then they would probably get into heavy legal trouble.
