Billy Mitchell lost his lawsuit against the Regular show for parodying him. SNL and countless other shows online and off regularly make fun of celebutards under their own name.

Happii Gamer should be on rock solid ground. The only slightly questionable thing is the voice clips but again tons of comedy shows use actual voice clips from the people they are parodying.

Can confirm. I was considering buying it, but it threw up an error message saying the game was unavailable right after I added it to my cart.

Did Phil and/or some random ween manage to get the game taken down?

If Phil starts talkin about it then we'll know that he bitched at Steam to get it taken down. He only comes out against the 'tractors when he thinks he's won or has an advantage.

I have it installed and launched it to check it was still working for me. I bought it mid-morning here just because I thought it might get pulled. Clicking on Store Page from the library just goes back to the main store page. I'll have to ask my daughter when I see her if it still shows up in the shared library.
 
Featured on May 2, 2024 by Null: DarksydePhil has gotten his detractor's game removed from steam. It is unclear if this is a copyright or policy issue.

He has no humility or sense of humour, takes himself way too seriously and has no idea how to laugh at himself. It would've been a big W for him if he was just like "haha the stupid trolls apparently made some game with my face or whatever, I don't care, I'm really not bothered about it".

Instead, in typical Phil fashion, he had to be a little bitch and get it taken down. He's a child that overreacts to everything. This is why people fuck with him.

A lot of the images are from his streams, but there are photos that didn't originate from his YouTube channel . Old convention photos, Instagram, Twitter etc.

If that's how he's framing his complaint, all they'd have to do is use photos that don't originate from his channel. There's 4 hours of Phil gurning on the Side Scrollers interview.

The thing Phil loves the most right after begging is demanding to talk to the manager.
