Is it really?
Say what you want about Africa, but they do not tolerate LGBTQ+.
PSN is available in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain, so that probably isn't the reason why most African countries don't have PSN.
Some other countries that don't have it include:
- Pacific Island countries, i.e Samoa, Tonga, Fiji. (Unless they use a general region instead, which I couldn't find). Maybe Samoa not having PSN would explain WWE's fetish for Samoan wrestlers...
- Dominican Republic, most likely as punishment for Haiti existing, as well as other Caribbean Island countries, i.e. Jamaica.
- Sri Lanka and Venezuela, which are both failing/failed states.
- Mongolia, which would probably explain why they have Counter-Strike E-Sports teams, somehow.
