I kinda wish that people would realise just because it's an all female this or that doesn't mean it'll be good.
Isn't it pretty sexist to consciously (I assume) go for an all female set of directors? When a show's staff is predominately male, it normally comes down to there being more men available than women and maybe some unconscious bias, but this seems very deliberate. Plus, it's a move that serves politics more than the quality of the show, which is always bad.

I guess the logic is that they have to sort of "over-correct" to level the playing field for women, but I don't see how a few people who are already pretty well off getting hired based on politics and the potential resentment this decision will create will help women or advance society in the long run.

Now, it could very well be that the director of each episode happens to be a female, but looking at a list of season 1's directors, only 3 directors were female, directing 1/3 of the show between them. It might just be the best person for the best role, but even if it were... who cares? Honestly, if all the directors are female, why call it out unless that somehow adds "merit" to the show? Season 1 was really enjoyable. I have faith season 2 will also be enjoyable. I doubt the change in directors will be noticeable, considering I couldn't tell which director directed which episode in season 1, and I don't think the writing staff or actors are changing.

Every child ends up rebelling against their parents. With that in mind, this kid is probably going to grow up to be a fedora-tipping, alt-right, redpill brony. On the rare occasion that lolcows breed, they just produce more lolcows for future generations to laugh at.

So much garbage and yet not a safety rail to stop the tot rolling off the bed? Model parent indeed.

One can imagine all kinds of swkward conversation:

Mom: Have you been naughty in school? You teacher wants me to see her.
Boy: No.....Mom, I don't know what I did wrong. I only told Mrs Watson to "Free The Nipple" like the sign you put in my bedroom....

Boy: Mom, what is "rape"?
Mom: Rape is when a boy makes a girl do something she doesn't want to do. Rape is A Very Bad Thing. Don't do it, ever.
Boy: Oh, I raped little sister this morning. I told her to wake up but she still wanted to sleep...

You guys don't believe this isn't a joke, right? I mean it's commentating on an actual mindset but it's obviously a joke.

I would have guessed LiartownUSA made this but it doesn't appear to be that way.

Normally I'd say this is Poe's Law in action but there seems to be something specific about Tumblr where unless it is absolutely OUTRAGEOUSLY overblown (like the "I Caught A Shitlord This Big" thread and that Superwholock Cop story) that the lines of parody and This Is What Tumblr Actually Believes blurs to the point of complete unrecognition. Kind of like how freebleeding was started as a joke against feminism and then actually...became a feminist protest thing.

I figure unless you've seen the shit on Tumblr long enough to discern where the parody/belief lines ends, most people aren't going to be able to make the distinction.

I did notice some areas of the picture were overly pixelated from editing (the word rape on the stop sign for example).

Still amusing when hoping no one actually does this, though.

I think the more important thing is the sentiment. The picture is clearly fake, but it has gotten to a point where we can't tell if this is a mock up or a mockery.
