I'll be visiting Krakow for 3-4 days in Summer. Is it a whole day drip? Is it worth it?

That's what I suspected. I thought of doing something guided to avoid some of the problems , even though I really dislike guided stuff. Would you recommend it, if everything would have gone well? Was it interesting enough to dedicate 1/3 or 1/4 of your Krakow stay? Would I miss out on other, better things? It is a whole day trip, I don’t know if getting there and back from Krakow is always a pain in the ass but it was for me. I had to stand in a crowded bus for the whole 3-hour journey back. So if you go, go early, or take anything but the bus.
When I was there I saw a whole group of Israeli high school students (one of them was holding up a giant flag like a cape) posing and smiling for a photo under the Arbeit Macht Frei gate, probably in my top five strangest things I have ever seen. It’s also the strangest place I’ve bought and eaten a pizza. Thanks for giving me an excuse to tell this story.
If I go, I'll try to think about it, and document anything funny.Only if you take pictures and post them here
I think if you’re already in Krakow it’s worth going. Something so widely discussed and opined on is worth seeing with your own eyes. That's what I suspected. I hope your camera will have a decent amount of data, bring multiple SD cards just incase. If I go, I'll try to think about it, and document anything funny.

when I was on tour they spent 10 minutes berating us and reminding us that we have to be sad and somber and arent allowed to have funNah I hate tacky tourist spots and their funnelling people through the gift shop like it some sort of hall of cost.
