The thought gets more worse if the person that was in front of him was his mom. All the kid did was follow the closest adult. If he followed his dad, which I presume was the man at the end, he would be alive. Fucked up case of possible parental instincts.

I almost can't fucking believe what I am seeing here! Is that man legit retarded? He fucking STANDS THERE over the drowned child and blows up his fucking ballon and bumblefucks around on top of the kid looking down at him for HOW long??
If there was justice in China everyone man woman and child who saw the kid laying on the bottom and did nothing would be sentenced to hard labour. And where were the parents? No one should leave their kid who clearly can't swim unattended!!! I usually have little mercy but this makes me MATI.

This happens all the time and is not specific to asians. A lot of people don't recognize what drowning looks like unless the person is violently thrashing and screaming. Once those people realized what was happening, they tried to help.
Look up "child drowning" on youtube to see many cases of people just not recognizing anything is wrong as precious seconds tick by. It's disturbing but I do recommend people watch videos like this so that you will learn to recognize when someone is possibly drowning. Alternatively you should get a lifeguard certification, it's not hard.

Looking into the case it was frankly a terrible situation for the Cops on scene. Guy saw them approaching and ran back into his house, went up to the 2nd floor, and starting firing down at the officers with a AR15 when they were in his Front Yard. 2 of the Cops were "Adult Correction Officers" which to me sounds like a glorified Parole Officer.
3 of the guys died on scene, 1 died a few hours later at the hospital. The Nigger seemed to get the jump on them and caught them in a terrible area.

That child in Finland survived unharmed, and his mother was sentenced to 2 months in prison for leaving him alone. People genuinely didn't seem to notice in this situation in the busy pool, and as soon as someone did, that person carried him out.
Whereas this man quickly noticed a child at the bottom of the pool, and just stood there looking at him curiously, and seemed totally unbothered and casual at the end during the feeble attempts at resuscitating him. The mother of the other child appeared equally unbothered.

We have more than a few videos in here of people getting run over and people continuing on the way. Particularly the one of that little kid getting run over by a school bus and the entire village just walking by for an hour.

That drowning video is truly unbelievable. Despite seeing plenty of videos from China of things like kids being run over by scooters in front of people and everyone ignoring them, driving around them as life is cheap in China. So many people. It'll be someone else's responsibility and problem. Best to not get involved.
That said, it's important to not underestimate how much growing up well in developed western countries exposes us to a lot of information. It's amazing how much most people in the world just don't know or understand. Things just are. They live in a magical reality. Not a world where they have a foundational base of knowledge. That guy would have a job, be able to do complicated stuff. Live his life. Yet when he's standing in that pool he's just thinking, "That kid is at the bottom, I wonder what he's doing." He doesn't even have the foundational knowledge to piece together you can't breathe underwater and the kid is drowning. Look at the other people, they don't even know how to dive down and swim underwater.
Yet they are in a pool. Why? Pools are fun luxuries the white developed nation people do. Yet there's no history of pool or water safety. They just built a pool. Go at it. In Australia, almost everyone who drowns at the beach is Indian or Asian. The beach is the fun thing white people do. They just go in and don't know you need to know you need to know how to swim or judge the water conditions. They don't even know those are things you need to know. They're so far removed from the foundational knowledge. Beach is what people do.
These are wild things to understand. So much of the basic knowledge you or I understand isn't known by others. It's why you take refugees, put them in an apartment with a stove/over. They rip up the carpet and light a fire on the concrete to cook their food. It's one of those weird untalked-about things, because it's considered racist to assume someone who lived hand to mouth without a proper education doesn't understand how a much more advanced civilisation works.
If you've ever spent any time in the third world or remote communities. Which I have spent a lot of time in, you notice they just build the western way of doing things and no one understands the basics. In Africa, watching the struggles of locals trying to use something as simple as an ATM. Even the checkout process in a supermarket is confusing. It's where there's some truth to critical theory about the world being built by white people for white people at the expense of other people has a hint of truth, but comes to the wrong explanations and solutions. As it's about tearing it down, not elevating people up.
Maybe not so much now, but think back to the 2000s, expecting an 80 year old who has never used a computer to understand the menu system on a LCD tv. The whole concept of the menu system was foreign with out the basic understandings to figure it out.
It's also not just the poor browns of the world. Water safety is something generally people are retarded at. Most people from western countries don't seem to know you don't blindly jump into water with out checking if it's deep enough or if there are rocks.

That is not the case for China. You really expect us to believe that they're so thick they don't understand that people can't breathe underwater? They don't lack intelligence, what they lack is sufficient morals and empathy to have concern for anything outside themselves.
The Chinese man observing the boy on the bottom of the pool simply did not have enough concern to check if the boy was actually moving down there. The rippling water would have been distorting his view and giving the illusion of movement, which I think is why he kept staring. But it was with an air of detached curiosity. His nonchalant reaction after the boy was taken out says it all. He's just not that bothered, therefore didn't have the impetus to do much.
Yeah white people made everything because we have intelligence and drive to improve things. That's not our fault, and it's not "at the expense of others", especially when our innovation has been shared so generously with the world with little thanks or credit.

I don't believe for a second the IQ averages the CCP reports are real. The supposed national average is like 105 (higher then Finland, the UK, Sweden and Norway) which is utterly laughable considering how much of a fucking shithole the place is. 105 IQ people aren't making gutter oil and eating dogs. I bet you the actual average is in the low 90s. I don't believe the Chinese are smart people.
