When has Brianna been honest about anything? Usually though, there is the tiniest sliver of truth buried under a shitpile of hyperbole and lies.

Based on how he communicates, he went to the doctor (not hospital) for a problem he either caused or has known about for a long time. He thought the treatment would be simple, but it turns out to be more complicated. I think it can be one of the following:

1. Getting his nibblets replaced so he doesn't have such a repulsive smile - he found out that surgery would be more difficult due to his fucked up jaw.
2. Throat issues due to attempts at faking a feminine voice. He fucked it up so bad he needs surgery.
3. Other plastic surgery that is more complicated now due to all the work he's already had.

I'm sure he will spin it into some tumor or cancer (urinary defect) to avoid seeming like an ugly, vain troon, and the treatment just happens to have the side effect of making him presentable without the need for a million filters. He already posted a picture of what he "really" looks like, and he knows anyone who gets a candid shot of him will instantly disprove that.

Like I said, many of his lies are piled on top of a fraction of truth. He deleted the posts because they served their purpose: his friends gave him pity pats and his detractors gave him harassment to whine about.
