I think he deleted at least one of his posts about McDonald's rejecting him (specifically); a pure troll wouldn't do that. Secondly, the whole thread is super-gay, between Jason's love affair with Olly, the subreddit logo (and it's not even June), that one comic where the Redditor fantasizes about getting pegged...and a lot of the subreddit's base is teenagers and stay-at-home losers. The idea of being a loser AND faggot is not a rare one.

It doesn't seem like a stretch at all to think a redditor is this detached from reality. If there's one site I had to identify that seems to almost encourage deviant behavior to the point it might unironically be an SCP, it would be reddit.

That and there's the fact that a community's reaction to an alleged troll is just as important as the troll itself. If I go into a feminist group and start talking about castrating those dang dirty moids and they all start agreeing with me, that's more of an indictment on the group as a whole. And Jaxson is largely accepted as legitimate by reddit, and usually gets a positive reaction on r/fuckcars at the least. Most of what I showed you were the posts shitting on them, the vast majority of them were quite positive.

It is somewhat of a pet peeve of mind that some of these "redditor posting L's" type accounts will post something that the community immediately sniffs out as a troll and pretends it's representative of what redditors think. Granted I'm not gonna care too hard about slandering fucking reddit, but it's still mildly irritating to have to go check the post manually to see if it was smacked down as a trollpost immediately.

Going through his post history, it's almost all fuckcars, gay porn, and antinatalism. Commenting on a bunch of gay porn for months on end would be a level of commitment to the bit which doesn't really show up all that often, especially if it's supposed to be trolling fuckcars. However, he did make a post calling North Korea a car free paradise while using a photo with cars in it (Archive) so I can't be entirely sure he's serious. I guess he could be a really stupid tankie.

Either way, he's low hanging fruit. From my skimming it seems that even fuckcars usually clowns on him.

If you want to kill someone and get away without going to prison and have a mediocre punishment imposed upon you, make sure the victim is riding a bicycle.

This has been demonstrated time and time again on a worryingly regular basis over the years, yet when a cyclist sadly kills a pedestrian (which thankfully is a very rare event) cyclists are the most evil people on the planet all of a sudden.

It is sad that there are such incredibly stupid people in society who fall for this baiting by the media (and others who have a vested interest in the motoring industry), the aim of which is to take the heat of the motor vehicle carnage that kills people every single day.

Cycling is not a lawless act, because its totally lawful to kill a cyclist.
Using a bicycle is wild in this country because you get home from a day of being abused on the roads only to log on to your computer only to be confronted with even more rubbish. You read that a "dangerous cycling" law is the government's transport priority in the same week that a pedestrian was set free on a technicality, after pushing a 77 year old cyclist into the path of a car, killing her - because if the she hadn't died then there would have been 'no crime'.
So people try and kill you all day long, BUT there's no way for them to be punished for it because if you don't die then nothing was wrong, but if you do die, then nothing would have been wrong if you had not have died. But according to the government, the law favours cyclists too much....

I think I speak for every cyclist when I say that we more than welcome being treated the same as drivers. I shall start ignoring the safety of pedestrians and when I plough into one because I couldn't be arsed to pay any attention I will expect to have my wrist slapped. If, god forbid I kill someone I will take my punishment like a man and not cycle for a few years and start making up my excuses as I get a host of friends to testify as to my character. I'll probably try and blame the pedestrian first obviously. Just in case there isn't any evidence that can probe me a liar.

Its quite tragic that people genuinely believe that A) cyclists are a danger on any scale to anyone. B) That drivers are even remotely punished adequitely when they kill someone driving dangerously.

Completely normal and healthy people everywhere.

I am sick of seeing pavement princess SUV's, nothing grinds my gears more than modern car manufacturers ditching coupe's and sedans for a lifted sedan. I would rather see people bike in traffic than have to see a nissan juke ever again.

Regarding the Czech shopping center post, you can see how their thought process goes; that parking minimums "force" developers to add extra parking, yet if it's an optional process the parking lots should be taxed out of existence.

In rural and quiet areas, you can build a store with little or no parking because literal empty fields can contain overflow of the street parking can’t; with no parking minimums the visitors just park on everything and shit it up.
