I'm just surprised there isn't a specific Phase Con, or a con specifically for the edgier vtubers. It'd be smaller, but it may work.

It made sense for FalseEyeD since he's like a dramatuber/journo and one of the rules of journalism is to not be the center of your article.
Kirsche is open about it because she was a guest at a panel created by another vtuber and this has probably ruined the project of that vtuber.
As for Fishman, he is a CEO, he will deal with this privately with OffKai. Sure, that's less drama but it's for the better. That's not Kirsche's fault if the director of OffKai has no balls and goes full "I'm just a heckin' little guy" as soon as Kirsche ask him why he didn't kick these volunteers (not paid by the way, they're fucking jannies) when he's acually in charge of everything.
