may you get what you deserve from the world you are willing to kneel to.
lmao ok dude
odd opposum doing the Lord's work every day to remind us why women had severely curtailed rights for all of history
I'm a man. I do find it funny you think I'm a woman though, probably why you get so pissed off when I mock your doomer posts about how the west has fallen.

Appealing the writ isn't cope enough. Hardin should appeal to the International Criminal Court.
You might object that America is not part of the ICC, and that this is a civil case. But as we have seen, Russ is too stupid to file motions to oppose case transfers. I think we have a good shot at having the case transferred outside of Florida and into the Hague.

"It keeps me going, knowing that the world will be so much worse off after I'm through with it." is a comically edgy statement to make and I will make fun of it.
Have you ever heard of hyperbole? You're probably going to encounter a lot of it on this website, might wanna get yourself up to speed.

I dunno this reads a bit like a deeply man-hating woman thinking 'oh no ive been found out quickly I must say something flippant and man-like reaffirming that I am a man to keep up the ruse' so ima double down beause it would be funny if I was right later

Ever hear the phrase "The process is the punishment"? It applies to Russ, and these latest filings prove that.

ecf.png
Day by day, Russ is learning that his paralegal degree in no way makes him a real lawyer. Funny, though, how not being able to use the ECF system wasn't a burden when he was suing celebrities and Freemantle.

envelope.png
I'm surprised nobody brought up his handwriting.

fiasco of events.png
This is a funny one. Russ lost his case initially, but he appealed to the 10th, which overturned the ruling. Now we're appealing, and he's furious because he thinks we shouldn't be allowed to.

Equality under the law is a bitch, ain't it?

capitalize.png
Any troll can claim to be from Kiwi Farms. Can you prove that I, @Useful_Mistake, @The Great Citracett, or any other contributor to your thread is personally harassing you? Besides, this has nothing to do with your purported casus belli.

Oh, and capitalize our name correctly.

"Begged"? You did no such thing. In chronological order:
If it really was a copyright issue, you would've DMCA'd Google and been done with it.

pro se.png
This is the risk you take when you file pro se.

djf.png
As is your right.

stipulate.png
As is their right. They don't have to represent you pro bono every time. Again, you took this risk when you filed pro se.

Now, I'm gonna be nice here and advise you on this, Russ: the DJF is a pack of ambulance chasers who were using you to further their own careers. They will never represent you again unless you have a fat stack of cash to offer.

stay.png
"I don't understand the rules, Your Honor, so I should be exempt from following them!"

no mercy.png
Drool me a river. If you didn't understand anything, you should've filed something asking for clarification. Again, you took this risk when you filed pro se. This is neither the court's fault nor Kiwi Farms's. This is your own fault. Man up and take some responsibility for your own stupidity.

confused.png
"I'm retarded" is a bold move, Cotton. Let's see how it plays out.

just us.png
Once again, the real reason slips out. The case is about censoring discussion of Russell Greer on the internet. Thanks to your ridiculous filings, you are a public figure, Russ, so we are allowed to discuss you and your works. You published your songs and books, and we are allowed to discuss and criticize them. The problem stems, not from us, but from your lack of theory of the mind. You're incapable of putting yourself in our shoes and realizing how we could find your works horrifying, amusing, or downright retarded- let alone seeing how, for example, Taylor Swift's family could find your actions "invasive and troubling."

In summary, you're a retard, we won't stop calling you a retard, and if you had any common sense you'd try to change your whoremongering ways.

"It keeps me going, knowing that the world will be so much worse off after I'm through with it." is a comically edgy statement to make and I will make fun of it.

Get a room and be done with it, faggots.

CRUSHED AND SHATTERED HIS DREAMS, you guys.

Once again, the real reason slips out. The case is about censoring discussion of Russell Greer on the internet.

Yep, this is not new, as he has done it before. But here he is again, informing North Floridia that he didn't file his contributary copyright infringement lawsuit to address contributary copyright infringement, but in an effort to force Josh to censor people on the internet laughing at him.

He probably thinks we're "lawsuit investors."
Aren't we in a sense? We wouldn't be investors in the meaning stock market uses, but we did invest our money for a common goal.
But Hardin could very easily file a response to a motion to extend pointing out that Greer has gotten so much time already and he had plenty of time to file useless motions in Utah.

Hardin could also wait and see how the court responds to the motion to extend and the 4 motions Greer needs to reply to before doing anything. Greer is such a fucking retard that those 4 motions can cause him to lose his case if he is not careful anyway.

I think Hardin is still waiting to see what Florida is like before going gloves off. Though we shall see soon depending on whether or not Florida grants the motion to extend.
Why wouldn't he respond? Sure, general rule is you don't oppose motions for extensions, but not when it's been abused to all hell, and certainly not when its a post hoc extension request. It's one thing when its like it was in appeals and its 16 seconds late; it's another when it is 2 months late.
Appealing the writ isn't cope enough. Hardin should appeal to the International Criminal Court.
Fun fact, ICC's jurisdiction over America depends entirely on whether or not you are Russian. US refuses to recognize the existence and authority of ICC unless its to help them arrest Russians in USA. All we have to do is recruit a Russian, and poof, they have authority to hear us maybe, lmao.
Now we're appealing, and he's furious because he thinks we shouldn't be allowed to.
We aren't appealing, tho.

>describing russ as a "taylor swift fan"
biggest euphemism i've seen since "mostly peaceful protests"

Aren't we in a sense? We wouldn't be investors in the meaning stock market uses, but we did invest our money for a common goal.
investor implies the expectation of an eventual return on investment, along with some sort of influence or control (for example in the form of equity in a company)
people who contributed to nulls legal fund didn't make an investment, they made a donation. they're paypigs donors, not investors.

Absolutely hideous reporting. Repeats the lie/mistake that the book was posted on this website, which, as we all know by now, it was not, only a link to the book on google drive. This is really the crux of the case and the heart of the 10th's fuckup.

Claims case is going back to Utah.

Says it asked for comment from 'counsel for both parties' and lists DJF as Greer's lawyers (he uses 'was' but the two things together suggest that he has no idea they are no longer representing him).

This has Chris chan vibes. Lol. Your dreams are to fuck Taylor Swift and fuck whores in all 50 states. Your book was never going to make that happen. So saying your dreams were CRUSHED is on its face ridiculous.

remove.png (Fucking quoting images is gay, it says "Plaintiff even begged Joshua Moon, site owner, to remove him from 2018-2019."

This is some byuu-level suicide baiting as written, heh. "Greer personally begged Joshua Conner Moon-Potter to kill him during 2018-2019. He refused."

Russ, we've been over this. You can't be trusted with electronic filings because you're a goofy nigger.

Keeping you on the hook for postage costs just means that you better put some fucking effort into your filings, boy! You've got a solid case, just get some lawsuit benefactors or whatever the fuck and you can split the spoils at the end. :story:
