Nothing did, because it never happened.

In the Fox News footage of the case, the Ace Paralegal has a pile of crap on the table, but no laptop or HDMI cable in sight. The video display has no shelf a foot below. Skordas is not striking a poser's pose or skipping excitedly, and the judge never once says "Whoops, sorry, Charlie".

Russell got to state his case, and it was bullshit, so he lost.
Next thing you tell me is that the Mexicans firebombing his lawyer friend didn't happen.
He's gonna put you on his high school kill list if you falsely accuse him of lying :/

I don't know if this ever actually existed, it seems like something that would exist, but if you had a hi-fi cabinet with a matching blu-ray player and AVR that were designed to be stacked on top of each other, 6" would probably be long enough to chain them together without having to deal with the clutter of a longer cable in your cabinet, and then you would run a longer cable from the AVR to your display

They definitely exist, but a weird thing to have in stock at a retailer I would have thought.

Radioshack was originally for specialty stuff like electronics components, home theater wires, and their line of police scanners still lives on to this day in Whistler. It wasn't early Best Buy that couldn't adapt, it was a store for people who either knew how to solder or just needed a weird battery. Their attempt to save themselves from bankruptcy in the later years was to have large displays of things like remote controlled cars and other toys up front for general appeal while maintining their roots. I think they even went with lower end prepaid cell phones near the end. There just wasn't a market for what they were offering and it's a shame. I miss being able to walk in and grab some stuff to finish a project I forgot rather than wait for a mail/internet order.

While most people aren't going to run into the situations where short patch cables are a necessity, there is a limit to how far you can send a signal over cables like this, even good ones, and it's the total length that matters. You have 10-12 meters of good signal quality with hdmi before it starts getting sketchy, so if you need to send a signal a long distance short patch cables save on distance in other places if the signal isn't getting boosted or buffered along the way.

Amazon is great for niche stuff like this. Someone makes enough of them to make it cost effective, and then they don't even have to store it because Amazon acts like a warehouse on their own dime stashing a box of them in locations all over the place ready to ship to those few people who actually have a use for them or morons who can't read.

I have an example of both these points! I needed a looong HDMI cable for my projector, and found that the longest basic one (which might have been 10 foot) was really unreliable, the signal would flake out. No good.

Options with a repeater / booster dongle or using cat6 to span the distance are hundreds of dollars.

But I turned to Amazon. Here was a 10 *meter* cable, apparently without booster, for $40. How is that possible? When I opened it, I found a bunch of 4 optic fibres with a very simple circuit to blast the lvds pairs into them at one end and receive at the other. There are also wires for some low speed signals but I thought that was genius. Fairly low volume, clearly a niche product, and making some tiny factory in China a reasonable profit.

You can ride HDMI quite far but the cables get expensive as fuck. It’s actually worse than old VGa cables sometimes, the “back of house to projection” cables can be donkeydick thick

The problem with short cables is they often don’t bend very well at all; they have to be short AND flexible. Anyway it’s obvious cope by a copeful retard.

This shit gives me a weird feeling

We literally paid for this content. We support Jersh so he can defend the Farms from the masses of retards and in turn we can khantent.

Even so...I feel odd about this. Yah Ratfucker is weird on his own but it's like we're part of the performance of this particular piece of entertainment. We help to fund it and now we are consuming the results.

It's, odd.

Short hdmi cables used to be quite common if you had multiple videos game systems and needed an hdmi switch.

Think of it like buying front row seats at the theater. You are paying for a show that would only exist because you are paying to watch it.

the farmer cries out in funds as he strikes you back or something

i kinda get it, but it's also a nice way to make sure everything is on the up and up, because it's all in a public court of law

if josh was initiating lawsuits against retards like greer, it'd be different, but the fucker started it. (lawsuits against faggots like dong-gone is something else entirely, of course.)

We are part of the performance, in a way, but Russ started it. I know, ~super mature~ of me, but it's true. Regular Internet slap fights don't typically cost money, because both parties are just saying "no u" at each other. Legal slap fights do cost money, lots of money. Only retards like Russ think the judiciary is free, or quick and easy.

We had to respond to Russtard's insanity. We have to keep responding, if we want any chance at winning. We funded it because it's the right thing to do. We're fighting because it's our only option.

I don't think there's any reason to feel weird about it, we're freedom fighters, self-funded ones. But I know feelings aren't as rational as all that. It's okay to be conflicted, but thesw actions are right and just, along with funny af.
