That's their view of the report, that the studies aren't the best quality. Nowhere do they believe that it's a refutation of the affirmative model. The conclusion in your quote there, and the belief of most psychiatrists world wide is, that informed consent and the "affirmative" model works, the studies aren't good quality, but no good/better study refuting it has come out. I don't know if you've heard this or not, but the NHS is being pilfered by their government, and the waitlist to even be seen for GD, no transition, but to even be seen by a doctor for it, is UP TO FIVE YEARS. as they said:
