There may be some truth in other commentary YouTubers threatening to take down idubbbz, but all the times she brought it up on stream prior to this was with joy and humor. One story she brought up was Keemstar. I think idubbbz tweeted a meme at Keem so he called Anisa on Skype to bring idubbbz to the call, screaming how he was going to sue and ruin idubbbbz. Idubbbz, the very mature individual, just kept yelling "my nAME JEFF" back to him.

Most people don't get food poisoning. I even ate gas station sushi one time and didn't get food poisoning. Food in the USA is loaded with so many preservatives that I don't think it's even possible for it to go bad. I've had vegetables in the fridge for over a month that didn't rot. She said she had salsa that went bad to the point where she ate some and got food poisoning?? I doubt that. If it was good stuff that was made fresh then it's possible but you'd take one bite and know right away. One bite wouldn't make you sick. If it was bought from a grocery store in a jar or can that shits good for like a decade.

She said she went to a new diner where Ian got a breakfast burrito, and the salsa from the burrito "tasted strongly like beer". She swallowed, and realised "that shit was old". Presumably, this means she must've only tried the salsa once.

Initial observations:
-It's a new diner, but it has salsa that's that stale? The diner can't be that new then, or maybe she's saying that it's new to them... puzzling.

-If she really only had one bite (sip? lick? slurp? Not sure what the correct verb would be. Whatever) of this salsa, then surely she wouldn't get food poisoning from that unless her immune system is that bad. She does mention getting food poisoning a lot. But a person who lifts like crazy, has a superhuman heart, runs 6 miles a day, and is healthily gaining weight doesn't quite fit the profile of a sickly person who is vomiting and shitting herself every other week. They can't both be true at once!

-Beer taste would imply fermentation, like she said. Now, the question is, can you ferment salsa?

Out of curiosity, I did some research on what fermentation actually is. From what I understand, the difference between fermentation and rotting is human intervention: Fermentation is humans controlling the bacteria that grows in food so it's "good, healthy, bacteria", while rotting food is random bacteria/fungi that will likely make you sick.

According to Google, fermented salsa recipes are a thing. But a "beer" taste would imply yeast, no? These salsa recipes seem to use brine for their fermentation, not sure if it would have the same taste. Anyway, is it possible that they've yet again spent too much money on some bougie Seattle diner where they serve a breakfast burrito with a fancy fermented salsa for an outrageous price?

Rotting food also tastes quite different from fermented food, or at least it should if it's to the degree she's describing. If it was really so rotted that one bite was enough to send her into a shitting and vomiting spiral, then surely it would taste far worse than "beer". It could be possible that Anisa is, in fact, a retard who doesn't know what words mean, so she really meant that it tasted really yucky and she thought the best way to describe it was saying it tasted like beer... very possible...

My expert detective's intuition tells me that she's lying (No shit Sherlock indeed). The fun part about Anisa is that she is always lying. It's her natural state. The question is, to what degree?
